Visited first time and there was no one except my group. Assuming it was a weekday but food was very delicious.

Nestled conveniently near major arterials, Spice Culture in Mississauga is a delightful destination for anyone craving Indian cuisine in an upscale setting. From the moment you step inside, the restaurant impresses with its clean and well-kept environment. The pleasing interior design, complete with warm lighting and tasteful decor, creates an inviting ambience perfect for both casual outings and special occasions. One highlight of Spice Culture is its attention to hygiene. The washrooms are mostly hands-free, which is a thoughtful feature in today’s dining landscape, and the availability of paper towels over hand dryers is definitely a plus. The service was commendable, with attentive staff who genuinely wanted to ensure we had a great dining experience. Now, let’s talk about the food, which was undoubtedly the star of the show. The flavors were intense but not overwhelming, striking a perfect balance. The salt levels were just right, allowing each dish to shine without being overly heavy. The Hari Bhari Kebab was cooked to perfection, showcasing a crispy exterior that complemented the soft interior beautifully. The Baingan Bhartha stood out as the best dish of the evening, expertly infused with a smoky flavor that lingered delightfully on the palate. While most of the food was presented impeccably at the appropriate temperatures, there were a couple of setbacks. The breads, while an essential component of Indian cuisine, fell short. They were excessively thin, causing them to dry out quickly and become chewy. Furthermore, the Amritsari Kulcha, although delicious, was undercooked in our second order, resulting in an unwelcome taste of raw dough that detracted from the meal. Additionally, when I asked for paper napkins at the table, they only provided more fabric serviettes, which wasn’t sufficient. A better touch would have been to provide hot towelettes at the end of the meal. Another issue was the lack of paper menus. They didn’t have any available, and the QR codes at the table were worn out and some didn’t work. I appreciate that we’re in a digital age, but not having a single paper menu for seniors who struggle with tech is a major miss. We also had a persistent fruit fly hovering near our table, which is a bit disheartening in a place aiming for fine dining. Desserts rounded off our meal nicely. The Gajjar Halwa was tasty and well-prepared, but I wished for a more elegant presentation instead of being served in a martini-style steel glass. The Royal Falooda Kulfi, while enjoyable, was icy and a bit hard, lacking the creamy texture I was hoping for. Despite these hiccups, I wholeheartedly recommend Spice Culture for anyone in the market for Indian cuisine offered in a near fine dining setting. With its flavorful dishes, attentive service, and inviting atmosphere, it's a gem worth visiting, especially for those who appreciate the nuances of Indian culinary artistry.

I went to this restaurant at 7pm on a Friday and it was so empty, which I loved. The staff is extremely nice and soo warm and welcoming. I had 3 people serving me and checking up on me to make sure if I was okay and needed anything else. The place it's self, is so nice and super clean. The food was literally 10/10. For appetizer I ordered the Chatpati Chaat. It actually very a good portion for appetizer for 2-3 people. For the main dish, I ordered Murgh Lababdar and this was amazing!! Thr gravy and chicken pieces are just soo AMAZING, it's not spicy at all. For the vegetarian dish, I ordered paneer makhani, this was 8/10, I found little too sweet for my liking. Lastly, you can't forget GARLIC NAAN. Their garlic naan was soo good soo crispy. Everything from the atmosphere, to the food to the service is honestly just so amazing. The best part about this restaurant is that they passed their health inspection! I would really recommended this place to everyone! Best experience ever, I'm not sugar costing this, I mean it, literally the best!

This was one of the best Indian restaurant I've been to. The taste pallete was completely new to me but at the same time I must say it was refreshing and delicious. Me and my friend were attended by Chandni who was very patient and professional. She recommended us food based on our likes and dislikes which I thought was very sweet and helpful. The staff every now and then made sure that we were being met with our expectations. The restaurant in it self was very neat, spacious and lit in a cozy manner. We were out at the patio which again was nicely decorated with flower pots and lights. The evening was very well spent and whatever food was ordered tasted amazing. I hope to go there again whenever I get a chance to Mississauga again.

Went to this place today. The food was amazing. Got chat papri (4/5), daal makhani(5/5), paneer lababdar(5/5) with butter roti. Main course taste perfect. Salad was complimentary. The ambiance of the restaurant was so good. It was super clean. Even have bar inside. They have patio at back too. Song collection was great. Customer service was excellent. The girl Shivani came multiple times to ask. Excellent work. Will come back definitely. Overall 5/5👍🏻

The place is oozing Desi vibes like a masala-packed movie, with Hindi Punjabi songs setting the perfect soundtrack for your gastronomic adventure. Now, let's talk about the menu – it's like a treasure map of easy Indian authenticity. The dishes are so legit, they make your taste buds do the bhangra. And if you're rolling in with your gang, the Navrattan platter is your wingman. It's like the Avengers of appetizers – saving your hunger crisis with a sidekick of hard drinks before the main event. But beware, the service is a bit like a tortoise running a marathon – slow and steady, yet charmingly Indian-situated. If you're in a rush, use this time to perfect your tableside moonwalk. And don't forget to check out their patio option; it's the perfect spot to watch the world go by as you sip on your Bollywood-worthy meal. Now, the star of the show: the Desi Dhaba style chicken. It's so finger-licking good that even Colonel Sanders would do the bhangra in envy. So, whether you're seeking a Desi Dhaba dance-off or just some good ol' Indian comfort food, Spice Culture is where your taste buds find their happy place. Though no body like the chef's paneer tikka Masala, more sweet than spicy.

The taste is really amazing and so is their service. A place where we didn't have to wait for anything, starters were served right on time. Rupinder Kaur took really good care of us from the time we stepped in till the time we said good bye. We were there for a good four hours, as the ambience, light and service were at its best. Nothing was loud, light music in the background allowed us to spend some quality time with our friends. Dhabha style Murgh chicken (main course) was yummilicious. Every dish had its unique taste. We will definitely be going back. Having drinks from Stella tower was completely different. Corn kababs were too yummy too when served with coriander dip.

The ambiance is amazing for a family friendly atmosphere. I went here with my wife, parents, in-laws and sister for Mother’s Day. The food was freshly prepared and served hot on clean platters. The portions are amazing and were plenty for all 6 of us. They even served us some special virgin shots for the occasion of Mother’s Day. The chef is catering to your needs and makes the best foods and doesn’t mind small accommodations. My parents often don’t like food outside but they enjoyed food here. Totally worth going with family and friends for parties and birthdays. Call in and ask for what you want and they shall try their best to accommodate.
