Our menu consists of well-seasoned dishes that speak for themselves and the recipes were passed on by world class chefs for you to satiate and tickle your taste buds. We strive to give you a quality authentic gourmet experience by selecting handpicked spices and herbs. Ordered mutton koththu roti and gardein chicken koththu roti. The portion was great for two people. The amount of meat in the food was amazing. The food tastes great as well. Will recommend this place

Excellent food. Yes, it is a bit pricier than other places but the portions are large and the taste is phenomenal. I always order ahead. I read some of the reviews about the spice but Sri Lankan food is spicy. Thanks for not selling out such an important aspect of our cuisine.

I had an horrible experience at this place. Not only was the food spoiled , but we called to address the issue , they initially lied , they insisting that the food was fresh ! The meal smelled and tasted off ,and clear something was wrong. We ordered idiyappam and the potato curry spoiled.. Korean bbq paneer puff is clearly spoiled and chef is very arrogant and refused to admit it. It’s shocking the restaurant would serve such poor quality food and try to cover it up. This is major red flag for hygiene and integrity . We had to return back the meal to them. I’m never coming back. Avoid this place at any cost and don’t waste your time and money here!

It's all about TRUST! We obtained their catering service multiple times during last three years. Once again their service (summer 2024 wedding and reception) was exceptional! Great customer service, friendly, prompt, professional staff. All of the food, right from the appetizers during cocktail hour to the main course with dessert and ending with a late night snack, was so delicious! The credit goes to the Lead (Shankar).The best in GTA for Srilankan (or any) community, would definitely recommend!

Well if you name the restaurant "On the Go" and take almost an hour to get your order when literally you are one of two customers there for take away, you may need to consider a name change. My first time here and probably my last. We arrived around 12.10pm on a Saturday August 17th 2024. When we came in we overheard an angry customer who was complaining about the long wait for barely few items. Little did we know that we are in for the same treat. Our order of Gardein Kothu Roti and Veg Taali was placed at 12.11pm. We got the order just before 1pm. When we placed our order the person who took the order didn't mention about the long wait. Sneaky much? Only around 12.30 did she mention that the Kothu Roti will take 10 more mins to complete. And little bit later another person came and asked what type of rice we wanted. Things that should have been asked at the beginning of the order. This was unpleasant. The people working seem to have no sense of worry that a customer was waiting for close to an hour. Around 12.45 when we lost our patience and questioned the delay, we were told "sorry" a million times. And the reason for the delay? We saw that they seem to be working on a catering order so basically didn't care what the take out customers had to endure. They were more interested in getting that sorted as many trays were loaded on a van. While the food was decent. Would I come back again? No. If they are interested in catering orders only. Then so be it. Don't serve take out customers. And don't call your selves "on the Go". The irony. Now would I consider placing a catering order based on this experience? No. They lost my vote. Time for a name change. "Not on the Go".

The best rolls I ever had! I had the gardein mutton rolls and it was incredible! I also tried the gardein fish cutlets and it was also amazing. I appreciate it so much that they have great plant based dishes for those who are vegetarian. The gardein chicken kothu roti was one of the best I've tried too! The gardein chicken noodles is sooo good! I highly recommend this place for authentic South Asian food!

Excellent atmosphere, amazing staff. I got the madras coffee and the mutton biryani which was very good and tasty. I will be coming back again soon!

The food was good . The flavours were good. The briyani was good . I also got the rolls it was pretty good but for the price it’s expensive. The size of the mutton rolls is small . 7.5/10
