I had a mixed experience at South St. Burger. The food overall was good, but the burger felt too dry for my liking. On the bright side, the staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome. The service was quick and efficient, which I appreciated. The location is also great, with a stunning view of the city nearby. I’d recommend this place for a quick meal, but I hope they work on making the burgers juicier for an even better experience!

This little south street burger is great. The staff here are super friendly and helpful. The food came out quickly and was amazing. They did a great job of explaining the menu and how to order as it was our first time here. Definitely would come back again.

Beware! This location will try to take extra money from you. They advertise a cheeseburger + fries + drink for $11.99. However, when you order it they charge $16.50 after tax. You have to specifically say you want to pay $11.99. Even then the price is incorrect as my total was $13.95! 11.99 + 13% tax is 13.54! Last week they charged me $12.99 + tax. So, they took an extra .41 cents this week. This place is a scam and they don't honour the advertised price.

I was really surprised by their fries. Crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. Just the right size too. The burger was good. This was my first time eating here and I'll be back to have it again. If you want a burger before a Jays game come here.

I came here before a jays game to save a couple of bucks for more beer and decided to go with their walk-in special with was decently priced. The fries was okay, and burgers were a bit plain, and it needed more seasoning, but it hit the spot cause I was hungry lol. Overall, a decent burger that will fill you up. I was in and out within 20 mins, and the service was great as it got busier when I was finishing up cause more jays fan started to arrive. There's also a small dessert shop that shares the same area, which I didnt but I will if my sweet tooth kicks in.

Popped in for a quick bite and had a great double patty lettuce wrap. The fries are good, too, the place was clean and happy and everyone was smiling ☺

UPDATE: returned today and will say their ventilation is better today. Still left smelling like fries, but much better. I thoroughly enjoyed their burger!!! See attached picture - it’s perfection! Foods are great and fresh. Staffs are knowledgeable and friendly. I gave it a 3-stars because I left smelling like a greased duck who had fell into their vat of oil in the kitchen. Not a good feeling when you have to return to the office after lunch and all you smell is the cooking grease from a lunch spot.
