I have had the chicken noodle and chicken and rice recently. They were just what I needed while being off sick! Very tasty, and homemade, with fresh ingredients. We recently moved to the falls and look forward to trying more of the menu.

Great little cafe with excellent soup and sandwiches! Service and prices are great. Very limited seating is the only downfall. Will definitely be back!

I want to start by saying how amazing the food here always is. The soups, sandwiches or really anything you try it’s always top notch. The down side is they get too busy and with a 2 man/women operation there is only so much they can do. I decided from now on to order online and it gives you a pick up time and you pre-pay as this seemed to be more predictable when I am on a work lunch break with a time limit. This sounds great, but when you get in there, you’re not prioritized over anyone else in line or even asked whether you have prepaid or you could just grab it and leave. In my scenario, I waited 17 minutes after the time given and then when I got my food the wrap was cold but soup was still hot as it was out together once I hit the counter. They are the ones who set the pickup time upon order otherwise I wouldn’t make mention of this I still am giving a 4 star as I sure there is lots of times they on time and regardless they do have good high quality food!

Every single soup is delicious. The flavors are rich and the portions are generous. Sandwiches, subs and wraps are massive and made fresh. Great value and even better service. My favorite lunch spot! A lovely, local, family run business.

I’ve gone here many of times and their soups are always fantastic. Today was mind blowing. I ordered their chicken and gnocchi soup and oh my gosh it was 10 times better than Olive Garden. It was out of this world amazing!!!!! The chicken was fresh lots of gnocchi, overall Unbelievable!!!

Soups and things is so delicious and so affordable! A must try and Niagara Falls! I had the flu and their chicken noodle is just what I needed. Loaded potato bacon is a must have and chicken noodle is great for what you're sick! Also must try the lasagna soup, to die for!

Took bus from the Falls and walked 15 mins to get here. The beef barley soup was delicious! I had a Caesar salad which was filling. There was a little to much dressing for my preference but I still ate it all! Prices are very reasonable!

Such a good deal, especially for the Niagara area. Great selection of soups and sandwiches/wraps and the servings are huge and delicious. For around $30 we got 2 sandwiches, 2 very generous portions of soup, 2 drinks, and 2 cookies. The cookies were also quite good. There is one booth and a couple of high top seats inside. Definitely better to plan for takeout. Fortunately they seem to be well prepared for this and you can order ahead online or over the phone.
