Dec 2nd drove from work straight to souperlicious looking for a good soup. Ordered 1 large soup and 3 festival. Honestly for $20.00 I was shocked to get 1 piece of chicken meat, 1 dumpling and all broth. I watched as the lady serving the food was very disappointed on how stingy she was. Not sure if I will be back, very sad

When you guys first opened you had way better service, everything that's been done since is questionable. I can't count the amount of times you have given me the wrong order now that I can't choose the damn food first, then pay. What's the point of this system when yall mess up more often?

I bought a large red peas soup it was terrible there was no meat in it. it was filled with carrots potatoes and 2 spinners. The superlicious in mississauga red peas soup is delicious and has lots of meat and dumplings.

The food is good, I bought a red peas soup with oxtail and I literally got all red peas maybe 2 pieces of beef and no oxtail. Just a large cup of red peas. Kmt. When they just open and I used to order it was good. I only used to order from delivery service. But now I decided to come in. Not even a good morning, can I help you or may I take your order. The elephant shaped woman with her spider lashes was there doing something I stand there and she did what she had to do walk up to me stand there and not even a word. So I placed my order and leave. Absolutely, no customer service whatsoever. I like their food but this is why I patronize other cultures. Because most Jamaican restaurants have horrible service and that’s why some will never prosper. DO BETTER!

I thought my friend ordered 2 barely toasted large veggie 🌯 burritos or we received 2 veggies by accident...🔥 The first 3 bites were mostly the wrap🫓 no filling detected.. Nearly half ½ way through the cold-wrapped-mixed-vegetables & rice I realized I havnt felt a protein/meat in my mouth...but I did bite into a few bones & black peppercorns. Their chipotle bbq sauce is tooo sweet... Purple🟣 arrows ↙️ shows the Biggest pieces of skin in the whole cold Jerk Chicken wrap 'not burrito'...if you want to consider that 🍗meat😒 I ordered 2 well-done jerk chicken wrap...This is sad...😑

Great service! The lady working tonight when I visited was so friendly and inviting. She went above and beyond to make sure I got would be satisfied with my choices. Food was consistent and delicious as usual.

I'm very disappointed in the large oxtail protein bowl. I traveled far to come here and was not satisfied with the food. I got pretty much no oxtail in my food, mostly bone. Also the rice was smoked couldn't eat it . I wish I could have enjoyed my lunch today, but far from it. I had to update my Post to respond to the owner's response. I am very disappointed with how you handled this review as an owner. What you should have said is your are sorry that happened to me and hope next time I have a better experience. But the fact that you told me that oxtail is full of bones means you only care about selling food just for your benefit and not caring about your customers who are supporting your business.

Food is great, but the person today 4:20 pm that lady has such an unwelcoming ora i really didnt want any soup from this place today. I did get 1 just because it was my 10th free soup but other than that i wasnt spending my money here today. I used the washroom before ordering and she asked me is the seat clean. I literally didnt feel welcome there.
