Great service! The food is delicious. Sweet and sour soup is a must have. They offer free refillable appetizer too. Highly recommend!

This place deserves more reviews and exposure! It's super underrated! First time there and it really surprised me. First of all, the waitress was really welcoming and sweet. She took a good time to explain the menu and made sure I understood. You can tell the owner really have some standards to their services. I ordered 3 cold dishes for appetizer, all of them seemed simple and plain. But after the first bite, I was wrong. The flavors were just too different and unique, definitely didn't taste as simple as they look. I also got the casserole soup with 3 meat toppings. The braised beef were cooked to perfection with authentic Chinese beef stew flavors. The deep fried meatballs and pork were all perfectly fried. Eat them as is or dip them in the soup were all good. Not sure why their food looks very standard and simple but taste 10x better. Overall, definitely a comeback for me and a true hidden gem.

A very delicious meal accompanied by very helpful and friendly staff! Me and my friend got two bowls and took sooo much food home cause the portions are gigantic! (And refillable!!). They also bring you very delicious snacks before the meal and are very helpful in explaining selection

It is chilly in Toronto, the time that you would want something warm and soupy. I came across this noodle place the other day, and decided to give it a try. This restaurant used to be a noodle soup place 2 or 3 years ago. I have not been around the Yonge-Finch area for a while now. Once I sat down, I was offered 3 free side dishes. Namely preserved pickle, deep fried sweet dough, and a vinaigrette dressing cucumber salad. I ordered a potato noodle soup with braised pork ribs. The bowl was very hearty. To my surprise, there were lots of veggies in the noodle soup, which was nice. Usually, you'll have to order them extra with additional costs in other restaurants. The noodle soup came with seaweed, diced tofu, enoki mushroom, dried tofu skin, cabbage, and bean sprouts. The chef made sure the meal was a healthy balanced one other than just meat and carbs. I could not ask for much in respect to their service. The server was very attentive. She did everything with a smile and politeness. She checked up on me a few times to ensure the food was perfect and that I was full. It is a great family style noodle restaurant.

The clay pot rice noodles here have an authentic taste of Chinese cuisine—fragrant, spicy, and numbing. The variety of dishes is also rich. Highly recommended!

The service was excellent, and the lady was very patient in explaining the different dishes and options. The food tasted delicious! My favourite is their Braised Pork Rougamo 肉夹馍, so flavourful and tender. We ordered the Classic Bone Broth+Fried Meatballs+rice and the Tomato Bisque+Braised Beef Brisket+Sliced Noodles. Both very flavourful and great portions! There is free refill of the staple foods and the sides(which are also very delicious) Great taste from North of China^^

I had an absolutely delightful dining experience here! The sour soup was incredibly flavorful and satisfying—a definite must-try. What made our visit even more special was the exceptional service. Despite a slight delay in delivery to our table, the staff went above and beyond by offering us a complimentary side dish as an apology for the wait, which was so considerate, especially since my friend and I hadn’t even noticed the delay. Another highlight was the incredible deal on their grains—only $1.99 for unlimited refills, which is unbeatable value for money. Plus, paying cash can get an extra 5% off ;)

Came for the soft opening! Eating here was a really new experience for us, never had anything like it! Run by some really nice people who take the time to explain the menu to you, and who really seem to care about how you are enjoying your food. Gave free side dishes and a 5% cash discount as well. Also currently offering to let people try the other types of noodles. We ordered the beef brisket in the classic bone broth that we asked for less salt, and the mixed seafood in the tomato bisque. Both were delicious and really hot. The potato noodles were interesting to try. They also fill the bowl with a lot of different types of veggies. The only thing I would say is the Rougamo kind of did not look like the picture in the menu. We got the pork one and it seemed like a tuna salad sandwich. Tasted good and was pretty hefty but did not quite look like the picture.
