The food is excellent all the time . John Paul the chef and his team behind the seen are A+++. Izzy our waitress is fantastic along with Steph., Tanis, Dave and Pat. What a team they all make. They all work together. The owners are always there and hands on. A great place for dinning or take out. What a great place for date night or special events. We really appreciate their service, food and attention to detail.

We celebrated a friend’s birthday here, and it couldn’t have been a better experience! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and even took care of cutting and serving the cake, which was such a thoughtful touch. The food was outstanding, with each dish bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The ambiance was perfect for a warm, inviting, and cozy. Highly recommend this spot and definitely will come back with my husband!

I came here for a birthday party dinner. We were served a set menu with choice of appetizers, main and dessert. I selected the green salad, roast beef sirloin and cheesecake. The first miss was the bread. We arrived over an hour and weren't even served bread until they started serving the appetizers. The bread doesn't taste freshly baked, maybe from the morning so it was cold. The green salad was fresh but it's a salad so nothing special. The sirloin roast beef was a little dry and a bit overcooked for medium rare, but the potatoes were cooked perfectly. Overall the food was mediocre. Nothing spectacular, possibly because it was a set menu so it was not the best representation of Italian cuisine. So I may have to return to try their regular menu.

Ordered for takeaway; the service was wonderful, in a completely unexpected way. I would recommend this spot just based on that, but the food was delicious and everyone enjoyed it. We tried the calamari, orecchiette, paella, pappardelle, burger and a couple of pizzas (we only managed to take photos of the pizza!). All delicious, and next time we would like to come in to enjoy.

I booked a table of twelve pretty last minute as another restaurant "lost" the reservation I'd made a month ago 😒. With only a week's notice, the staff at Solstice were phenomenal! They had no trouble booking us and made us feel as though we had our own little corner of the restaurant. We were celebrating our parents 50th anniversary and they pulled out all the stops for us! The food was exquisite and my picky father had no complaints for the first time! I can not recommend this restaurant more! This is now our go-to favorite restaurant! Thank you for making my parents anniversary a very memorable day.

I was trying to think of a great way to describe our experience here last night, and the only words that came to mind were, "Oh. My. God!" Everything was absolutely fantastic and we had such a wonderful and perfect experience here. We started with the octopus, fritto misto and burrata and wow, they were unreal. Especially the octopus, I couldn't believe how tender and tasty it was! Probably one of the best appetizers I've ever had. The main meals were just as good too, if not better. My rigatoni alla vodka was literally INCREDIBLE and had the probably the best pasta sauce I've ever tasted. My family had the salmon, the parpadelle bolognese, the seafood paella and the goat cheese and mushroom risotto and they were all fantastic too! For dessert, we shared the raspberry cheesecake, tiramisu and creme brulee and all three were delicious. By the end of the evening, we all couldn't help but gush to the chef about it all. Our server, Stephanie, was amazing and super, super nice and friendly. She made the experience so much better too and made us all feel like we were regulars from the minute we walked in! Thank you guys so much, what an amazing meal and we will definitely return! :)

Great Italian Restaurant but not strictly Italian. There are other mainstream dishes on the menu. The food was outstanding. Right portion size and great presentation. Great service from Dave. I should mention that we visited for my wife's birthday. She is not picky but very selective about what restaurants she goes to. She said she would definitely visit here again. That alone deserves another star!

Hosted a surprise 5th Anniversary party here for my husband. We had about 40 family and friends join us. My husband always raves about Solstice even though he's only been there once or twice so i thought why not surprise him there. Great experience, perfect private space and excellent food. We had the family dinner event menu, everything was cooked and seasoned nicely. The servers were really professional and worked hard and quickly to have the food and drinks out. More food than we could all finish haha I appreciate the ease of which the event happened and the special touch of having one of the brothers fake serve my husband and open the private room door for his surprise. Truly a family owned and run gem ❤️
