I recently visited Smoke's Poutinerie in Hamilton and had a great experience! The poutine was flavorful and loaded with toppings, just as advertised. The fries were crispy, the gravy rich, and the cheese curds melted perfectly. The staff was friendly, and the quirky decor added to the overall vibe. While the wait time was a bit longer than expected, it was worth it for the quality of food. Definitely a go-to spot for a satisfying meal

Never been here before and the young man at the counter was so polite and very helpful. Great place. Kinda expensive but you ain't leaving hungry that's for sure. Chirag is amazingly wonderful! Thanks for dinner guys!

Came by the other night and the worker you had did an amazing job! It was a very busy and hectic night but your worker Bishow handled everything exceptionally well. He kept up with all the orders, remained friendly and welcoming. You have good employees that care at this location. Good job!

They use already prepared ground beef (they confirmed) The fries seem under done and then gone mushy from the gravy. I do not recommend the bacon cheeseburger poutine, because of the grainy premade “ground beef” mixture. Good cheese curds though!!

Came all the way from Houston to try a real poutine. There was a young man working by himself and was very patient while we downloaded the app to get a free poutine. Traditional with grilled chicken was fantastic. The cauliflower bites were good just a little plain, I recommend getting buffalo and ranch on the side to dip. The fried pickles were amazing with ranch on them. Tried the mystery fanta zero, it was good.

Ordered the Buffalo Cali-Ranch poutine. The regular size came up to over $16, which i thought was overpriced. There were 4 pieces of fried cauliflower in the poutine. The server used the wrong gravy sauce and added the Butter Chicken sauce instead of the veterinarian sauce. It completely ruined the taste, so I had to drive a total of an hour to go back & forth and exchange it. I was the only customer at the restaurant during that time. Accuracy shouldn't have been an issue. The phone line also isn't working at this location. For the price, service, and quality of the food, you're better off going somewhere else.
