SIP Wine Bar Restaurant & Authentic Neapolitan Pizza

Disappointing Experience I had high hopes, but this visit fell short. The food was mediocre at best and definitely overpriced. To make matters worse, there was a hair in the food. We pointed it out to the server, who apologized and took the dish away. Shockingly, they brought back the same dish and asked where the hair was—clearly just removed in the kitchen! Thankfully, the manager stepped in, had the dish remade, and compensated us, which we appreciated. However, the overall experience was disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

A very pleasant restaurant with a welcoming atmosphere. They have a very good menu with variety of options. Everything is pure Italian, so can enjoy the real Italian taste. Prices are reasonable. Both for the food and drinks. Staff are very professional, friendly and helpful. If you crave Italian food and you’re around the area, you can choose this place with confidence.

Perfect event space. We had a 3 hour high school reunion in the lower room downstairs on the basement level. Actually it was a great venue for that with a full bar, good quality finger foods, coat rack and washrooms on the same floor. It’s a nicely furnished space with gorgeous wood tables. The bar staff were very pleasant and had a sense of humor. My friends enjoyed the wine a lot. There was more than enough food. They let us play our own music. It made for a great evening.

Cozy ambiance, friendly vibe! Authentic Italian food! Staff is very friendly. Everything was well catered. Italian pizzas are heavenly freshly baked straight out of the oven. Pineapple with dash of sprite drink could be much better. Their dessert is cherry on cake, we almost tried all of them!

A wonderful first visit (of many to come!) and special chef's table experience with family. Totally happy with the quality of food, ambiance, and customer service. Ordered bruschetta (real fresh oven baked pizza dough --- not bread!), Tagliere all’Italiana charc, Napoli (their pizza is actually good for 2 --- and YES neapolitan style!), Calzone (creamy tasty goodness!), and Agnolotti alle carni in crema di fontina e tartufata (I summoned the services of the Napoli crust to soak up all the sauce goodness!). Washed it down with tasty ice cold draft Moretti and Menabrea Amber. Nice low light warm lighting and overall ambiance (always makes a big diff!) and liked the 'tucked' resto location (side street just off Yonge Street).

A hidden gem in midtown Toronto. Ordered bolognese pasta, mushroom and d sausage pappardelle, and calamari fritti. All of them were delicious and flavourful. Reasonable pricing. But one star off for their COLD bread. But will definitely come back to try their pizza! Recommend!

We've heard so much hype about their pizzas, but after finally giving them a shot we found them to be mediocre and, all things considered, expensive. The center was too moist compared to the rest of the pizza and the flavor was good but not great.

Food was great, they make the BEST calamari. Overall everything was cool and tasted great, service was good, restaurant had a nice atmosphere. Solid 4.75/5
