Amazing food! Very high quality ingredients! Incredible service. Shweta and Ravi are the friendliest, most attentive servers, and Chef Perera is an absolute king. Excellent experience every time!

I went for high tea and I must say it was an incredible experience! The food was amazing, and the customer service was even better! The chef (Lovelina) came to meet with us to get feedback on her food creations! She was so pleasant and nice! A very big thank to Ravi who greeted is with a warm smile and brought us to our table, and Shweta and Ariel for such wonderful service, and making my experience so special! I would highly recommend this spot for any meal, especially the high tea!

I had an outstanding experience at the hotel's breakfast Siganature restaurant. The portions were generous, leaving me fully satisfied. The Eggs Benedict were a delightful blend of flavors, and the bagel with salmon was simply delicious. The quality of the food and the attentive service made my breakfast a highlight of my stay. Highly recommended for a delightful start to the day!

We had a very nice lunch at Signatures Restaurant! The food was great, the restaurant was very clean, and the ambiance was very pleasant. Staff was very kind and friendly; however, the time ended up being a bit tight in the end...

Nice decor, service and food. Conveniently located in the hotel with the Proof bar sharing the igloo patio in between the two. Wanted to get the brulee, but the didn't have the 2 desserts I preferred . So ordered fish tacos, which were good. But the bed of rice was dry and very little for $30. Unfortunely the Proof bar had the same menu. Would have preferred a flat bread. Both restaurants should have different menus

Outstanding service - genuinely polite and attentive. The restaurant is inside the downtown InterContinental Hotel with a choice of indoor and outdoor dining. It was a tough choice as they were both very appealing. We ended up staying indoor and enjoyed the modern and contemporary decor and nice ambience. Food presentation was good and with just the right portion. Taste was excellent. $43 per person Summerlicious deal - exceptional value. I would actually pay regular price for that. A very pleasant experience. 5 Star.
