Sicilian Gourmet Pizza & Pasta

Visit on Thursday November 14, 2024, party of four for dinner. Ordered a number of appetizers, chicken wings, eggplant parmesan, spaghetti and meatballs, and Fruti di mare (pasta with seafood). Ample parking, mobility impaired accessible. Comfortable atmosphere. I had pizza and panzerotti here which are quite good. Everyone enjoyed their meals. Chicken wings were good but not noteworthy. Great beer and wine offerings. Staff were friendly.

Stopped in a few weeks ago. 30 minutes in the hostess came over and asked if to confirm if we wanted cheese on the garlic bread with the pasta. 15 minutes after that asked me to confirm my side. Forgot my kids for and somehow I still paid $90 for a pasta and a sandwich with the wrong poutine. I was grateful for the experience to be over, but at least the food was still good.

Would not recommend the Greek salad. Pasta & pizza were fine. Kids pizza is big. Place was empty when were were there, yet service was slow (at giving us a menu & at taking our order).

The veggie pizza was so delicious, succulent and flavourful. We went in there pretty late today for dinner so they had closed dine-in but still the owner was kind enough to let us have it at their table. The ambience was so amazing with authentic italian cultural themes, popular Italian media articles, movies, etc. We looked around and observed that the whole place was neat and things kept there was so orderly as well. We would love to visit here again!

Beyond incredible place!!! Looove their pastas and pizza, I always recommend it! Saw the manager literally give a customer his glasses to let them read the menu, that’s service!!! thank you guyssss

To be honest..I went there because as the name indicate..I thought of trying their pizza ..but it's kind of a pub that provides you drinks and snacks.. the staff is friendly but overall the atmosphere is very numb. Won't be going there again..tried their nachos and qusidela and to be honest , I liked their nachos.. everything else was just okay.. a wide variety of options for non vegetarians to choose from.

I don't know how this place has a rating over 2. The in-house slices are absolutely wretched. They actually take a spray bottle of water and squirt it all over the slice before they reheat it, to moisten it I guess? They squirt down your slice right in front of you, like it is a completely normal practice. How many "gourmet" restaurants squirt water all over the food in front of you? If the slice is dry, don't be cheap, just put a sprinkle of fresh cheese on top. If it is too dry... throw it out. I was charged $8 for what you see in that picture. My goodness. If the owner comments on this saying that they don't spray the slices down, I will tell you that I've witnessed him do it himself. To make things worse, Circle K started serving Pizza slices. They weren't great, but they were better than Sicilian and at an affordable price. Sicilian complained to the property management company about the competition and Circle K was forced to pull their pizza at that location. Seriously, how bad is your pizza that you can't compete with gas station pizza. Now not only is he making a bad product at his own restaurant but is forcing other places to stop serving products. Just get better, try harder, don't cry foul because people are voting with their wallet. Sicilian has like 25 different "Poutines" on the menu, none of them have cheese curd. If you are going to use shredded cheese, call it "cheese fries" or something. Staff is nice though.

This is a nice, cozy, casual pizza & pasta restaurant. Lots of menu items, and all at reasonable prices. The food is delicious and the service is very friendly. Overall: I will return soon to enjoy more great food, and I highly recommend that you try this restaurant as well.
