Thai Cuisine started 10 years ago as a small family run business and the only authentic Thai restaurant in Vaughan. We pride ourselves in authentic Thai flavors and spices, our famous Pad Thai, and our sweet Mango Sticky Rice.

Went for dinner here last night and was really impressed. The venue has a very nice ambiance and is super clean. The food was amazing!! The portion sizes were big. We had the fresh rolls, Tom Yum, pad Thai, and spicy Thai noodles - all of which were excellent! Highly recommend this spot if you like Thai food!

Siamese Thai Cuisine never disappoints! The service is absolutely amazing, and the staff always go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. I’ve been coming here for years and the quality has remained consistently excellent. The menu has a variety of options which can be adjusted to accommodate one’s taste and/or dietary restrictions. The portion sizes are very generous and the price fair, compared to similar restaurants in the area. Highly recommend if you’re looking for great Thai food!

We just finished a friday dinner at Siamese Thai, we ordered the Spicy Eggplant, Pineapple Fried Rice, Yellow Curry, and Pad Thai, each dish was delightful. The Spicy Eggplant was a standout, perfectly cooked with a beautiful balance of heat and savory richness. The Pineapple Fried Rice was not only vibrant but also had a fantastic sweetness that complemented the savory elements perfectly. The Yellow Curry was comforting and aromatic, with a creamy texture that was just divine. The Pad Thai was the best I've ever had—authentic, with just the right amount of tamarind and peanuts. The ambiance was warm and inviting, and the staff were attentive and friendly, making the whole experience even better. I can’t wait to return for another round of these amazing dishes! Highly recommended for anyone craving authentic Thai cuisine!

Food quantity is not much. The portion size is small. We ordered 2 dishes and a soup it was just enough for 2 people so if you order one dish it will only be good for one person comparatively to the price. Taste was ok however it meets just the average standard We tried this first time after having Thai food from an older couple restaurant which close down due to retirement so we were expecting an authenticity and freshness Giving the 1 star as it was a good attempt

Extremely disappointed with this place, especially given how misleading the menu descriptions and prices are vs the product provided. We got the tofu pad Thai and tofu pad see ew and mango sticky rice for takeout. They heavily skimped out on adding veggies and tofu in both dishes. $18 for pad Thai and there were a total of 3 pieces of tofu, no bean sprouts. Same with the pad see ew, only 3/4 pieces of tofu in the giant container. The containers look deceiving as all the toppings are placed at the top and below them is a whole lot of only plain noodles. The mango sticky rice was alright. Don’t waste your money, I will not be revisiting and will not be recommending.

Extremely disappointing. I really wanted this place to be good and honestly it could have been if my green curry had not been served I top of my rice. The curry was completely absorbed in the rice leaving me with mushy rice and dry vegetables on top. I could be mistaken but every other time I’ve ordered green curry from a Thai restaurant it is packaged separately from the rice. So disappointing because the flavour isn’t bad but the texture from the way it was served was horrible. If you plan on getting the green curry lunch special I would advise that you request separate packaging. A shame because the service was fantastic so I really had hoped to enjoy the food.

Good family restaurant, service was impeccable. We ordered a few soups, appetizers and mains everything was fantastic. The food was just the right level of spice (for kids). They did not have large soup servings, the portion size of mains was good.

Go-to Thai spot in the area! Always a fan of their lunch and honestly that’s why I come here. The food is good. Pad see ew is full of flavour and has great taste. Sometimes it can be a bit salty and there could be more veggies. Great nonetheless! Good mango chicken, even better mango salad. The mango salad never misses. Service is quick, I feel like take out is the more popular option at this spot. Comfortable spot that I keep coming back to.
