Shinta Japanese BBQ Mississauga

On the fence. It’s $100 for the silver package and I came out feeling like if I didn’t take advantage of all the special menu items it would have been a rip. Service was descent but nothing special, kind of order your food, here it’s, cook it yourself and shut up atmosphere. If the silver package was $70-80 it would feel less painful in the belly and the wallet.

My boyfriend and I had a fantastic date night at Shinta!! We got the Black AYCE menu and felt that it was perfect for our first time at a Japanese BBQ. We loved the experience of trying new cuts of meat and the different things on the menu. The Wagyu was incredible!! We never had anything like it and will definitely be returning to try the silver or gold AYCE! Service was good but a bit slow when it got busier during peak dinner time.

My first time trying Japanese BBQ and boy was I impressed. The meat is the star here! I ordered their Black ayce and I was so impressed with the variety on offer. So many options including beef, poultry, pork, lamb and sushi too! The service was attentive and quick even though the restaurant was busy when we visited. We also ordered Wagyu beef platter on the side - the marbling was exquisite. Really some of the best beef ive eaten!

Very nice AYCE Japanese BBQ spot. Meat tasted good, the appetizers and veggies tasted fresh. Overall a really nice cozy place that usually isn’t too busy. Was able to get seats pretty quickly unlike other AYCE J/KBBQ places.

Great place for meat lovers! This table BBQ restaurant is located in a busy mall surrounded by Asian food stores and restaurants. The variety and quality of meats, seafood, vegetables offered are top notch. Atmosphere is modern, inviting and relaxing, very good ventilation, you can hardly smell anything after dining there. Staff were very friendly, and efficient, no pushy sales tactics at all. Free parking in the mall, there were plenty at 6:30 pm on a Friday. Highly recommend!

It was our first time visiting Shinta Mississauga branch and we had a pleasant experience. The staff will welcome you at their spacious and clean restaurant. We are big fans of Japan bbq and truly enjoyed the offerings here.

Update: Came back after some time. The service was very good. Fast and friendly. Our orders also came quickly and empty trays removed oftenly. Today I could pay with credit card, which was something that could not be done in my past visit. After my terrible experience in the North York Shintas Restaurant, I decided to give a try to this one in Mississauga. They have two all you can eat options: one called Black Angus, which is $45.99 and another called Silver Wagyu which is $99.99. We tried the Black Angus. This one has a relatively good selection. The service was good and fast. The food was average compared to other similar restaurants. Note that they only accept cash or Canadian debit cards and there is a limit of two hours and at one and a half hours is your last chance to order any items you wish to eat. One good thing is that they accept reservations although we had to wait between 5 and 10 minutes before we got our table despite we had a reservation.
