We are an award-winning gluten-free, plant-based and nut-free bakery and food business! Come see us every Saturday at the Orangeville Farmers Market. 9am-1pm at Orangeville Town Hall for winter market, 8am-1pm in the summer. Or, pre-order online at www.shinebakingco.ca!

They created the BEST vegan cake for us and were so accommodating even though it was short notice. Everything they make is so delicious, you can’t go wrong! But this cake was absolutely spectacular!!

Wow. Just wow. I didn’t realize they were gluten free and vegan until I got home (duh!!). But wow. Everyone loved the box. Each item was better than “normal” baking. Great job!! We’ll definitely make this our stop for any special occasion where we want to wow people.

We picked up our order from the Orangeville Farmers Market this morning, the service was great and the treats so far have been phenomenal. Will definitely be ordering more gluten free, vegan desserts.

The Mango Curry from Shine Baking was so delicious!! The flavours in every bite were so mouth watering and the portions were quite plentiful. I always knew Shine Baking did a fantastic job at sweet treats ( which we also picked up) but the curry is another favourite! As always, they are incredibly friendly and helpful to answer all menu questions.

We can’t say enough amazing things about the quality and flavour that shine bakery provides. Their allergy free foods and treats provide everyone with safe and delicious snacks and meals. We recently tried the carrot cake and hands down the best carrot cake I’ve ever had. Not to mention they are the sweetest couple ever. I usually purchase treats and freeze them to enjoy later. Highly recommend Shine bakery!!!

Ordered a cake for my sisters birthday and had a great experience! First, they delivered it in a snow storm in the rural part of town, which was excellent service. The cake was fresh, nicely decorated and well enjoyed by everyone! The buttercream icing was amazing! We had a chocolate with strawberry filling and vanilla icing. Wouldn’t hesitate to order from Shine any time we need a cake. I love the delivery option. I forgot to take a photo but the cake was lovely.

After a reasonably last minute snafu with another catering firm Rosie and Tyler came to our rescue recently by catering our private event. And what a rescue it was! The food was fantastic. The event was made up of completely non-vegans but everyone complimeted the food, ate everything from the beautifully presented platters and asked for business cards. The venue complimented their wonderful attitudes and personalities as well. Extremelly reasonably priced for fantastic service, food taste and quality. As a side note, Rosie makes the best pumpkin pie I have ever tasted. This and their squares are a hit at my family Christmas gatherings every year. Bonus if you have guests with any sensitivities or allergies to gluten, dairy, eggs etc. They can safely eat everything which pleased a few of our guests to no end! Shine Baking Co is definitely now at the top of my catering list and should be on yours as well.

Always helping me make my loved ones smile! Service is great, the cake is delicious and there’s a lot of care and love they put in their food! Been ordering here since last year and even though I’ve to travel a bit, it’s so worth it!
