Shi MiaoDao Yunnan Rice Noodle (Richmond Hill) 十秒到云南过桥米线

As someone from Yunnan, I can confidently say this is not authentic “Crossing the Bridge Noodles.” The soup tasted artificial, like it was made from chemical additives rather than a rich, slow-cooked broth. After eating, my mouth felt unpleasant and uncomfortable. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for genuine Yunnan cuisine.

Food is tasty and portion is good. My friend had their noodle dish, soup was served boiling hot. I had their sauerkraut fish rice, it’s delicious, and it’s very full filling. We also tried their pig feet, very soft and tasty and it’s not greasy. The pork pancake is also very good, the pancake is very crispy and fresh. Service is very good, server is nice and friendly. It’s always good to see your server carry a friendly smile.

I’m a frequent client however today I had the Worst experience ever , ordered the chicken soup noodles takeout and later discovered they didn’t add the chicken drumstick and other ingredients which was the highlight of the dish ,I. Called , the female manager on duty said they forgot and they will add another drumstick next time I make another purchase from their store . What a joke , worst experience and I will not ever go back to this store again , due to the way they handled the situation over the phone .

Good value for what you pay if you get the bowl with unlimited rice noodle refill. Do be careful as the bowl is sizzling hot (although they have warnings on the table). Went on a Saturday for lunch and they were not too busy.

👍🏽Space was clean, food came fast with big portions. We ordered Szechuan pepper fish, pork stomach chicken, and Szechuan mala spicy beef flank. They were average, no highlight in particular. Noodles are kept hot with their hot stone pot.

My husband and I have to come eat here at least once a week. The quality of their ingredients are so much better than the other rice noodle places. Their soups are flavourful and refreshing. Their meat portions are very generous and the service is very quick which is great for lunch breaks. Friendly staff and they never get our order wrong! Consistent portions and deliciousness!

This is another great spot for yunan rice noodles. They also offer some small dishes at very reasonable prices. Although the portions are relatively small, but consider the price, it’s still good especially when you pay cash with 20%discounts. The service is fast and noodle refills are free. The first bowl of noodle is a bit overcooked and soggy though

We came up with here while looking for a place to have noodles. Thank you GoogleMaps, we had a lovely dinner. Nina helped us a lot with the menu cos we literally had no idea. She explained everything in detail and even came up with ideas for our 4 year old. (Thank you once again!) The place is neat, clean and fresh. Amongst all, don’t leave without trying clam with shells, amazing!
