The food and service are always welcoming and friendly. The atmosphere is very chic. The outstanding dishes are the butter chicken, fresh naan, curry dishes and the samosas.

This Indian place in the Danforth seems catered to non-natives. It’s really fancy inside and service is attentive. I recommend the sizzling platter to share for the table. It comes with really tender tandoori chicken and grilled shrimp. The meat is very tasty, and the portion size is good. The butter chicken curry $17 was so good. They ran out of roti, so I settled for garlic naan $4 and basmati rice $4. The lamb Rogan josh $18 was recommended by our server. He claimed it was his favorite. It was good and on the spicy side! Two visits in one week - it's just that good. The best pakoras I've had and everything we've ordered has been perfect. Great service, too!

I have been meaning to try this place for a long time and I was not disappointed. Friendly staff and the food was delicious. Tried the half tandoori chicken and it came sizzling to the table. And the mango lassi was refreshing.

The greatest Indian Cuisine I have tried in town so far, with friendly service and welcoming dining environment. The butter chicken was full of flavor, rich but not over creamy, also the chicken was juicy. Lamb was a bit spicy but meat was soft and tasty. There is a wall with special decors which are very attractive. The restaurant is spacious for dining in. Services were great and they attached a lovely postcard with bills. A livery place for enjoying Indian food at Greek Town.

I stopped in for dinner before a show on Danforth. The service was very polite and attentive. The food was excellent. We ordered Rogan Josh chicken (customized for us), biryani, pakoras, garlic naan, and muligatawny. Everything was very flavourful and done right. Right down to the soup being served piping hot. Just as is traditional. By the time we were leaving, the place was hopping, and it's no wonder. There are plenty of Indian restaurants in the area, but you'd be doing yourself a disservice if you passed up on trying Sher-E-Punjab. By the way, check out all of my Google reviews. Great Indian restaurant right in the heart of Greek town. The food is high quality and has great flavour. The Sizzling platter is a must have and will probably be enough for two people. Give this place a try, you won’t be disappointed.

Food was well prepared and absolutely stunning. After tasting the food there, I become a fan for Indian cuisine! The waiter was so caring and kind, he provided us a very hospitable and happy dinning-in experience! The price is also very reasonable, plus a very decent interior design～ This is a place you will never regret to come!
