Shelby's Legendary Shawarma - West Hill

Amazing service right when I got there- addressed right away even though the cashier was in the middle of something, very friendly when taking my order. Delicious food, surprised by how it lives up to my chef friend’s glowing reviews. The staff gifted a kunafa to our group and it was delicious. Everything fried was FRESH and delicious. Will def return for both food and service.

The food is amazing. Don't get me wrong. The reason for the low review is because I came to this location for the first time and ordered a legendary shawrma bowl. As I was eating I noticed a hair in my food. Immediately turned me off. Was very disappointed because the food is actually really good. Not sure if I want to come back to this location if there's hair dropping in the food.

I saw a new Shelby's place in the town and Decided to give it a try. I am a super Shelby's fan and I used to work in one of the Shelby's store at Downtown. I asked them to customize a wrap and they did it so good. The staff were super friendly, amazing and welcoming. The lady taking the order was so cheerful and avey staff had smile on their face which is what you expect at any food place. The guys were loving their work. Oh Oh, let me talk about the taste, the food was super good as always in any Shelby's store. They maintain same taste in all of their store and this is no expection. The store was clean, big and enough space if you wanna sit down with your friends and enjoy your shawarma. I wish they provide same experience to everyone visiting their store. As expected of shelby’s. Za Best In Za West. The food was very delicious and very friendly staff, I ordered a legendary shelby’s bowl and a wrap. I forgot to ask for extra protein while ordering so i did after some while, the owner was so friendly that he refused the payment for extra addons and said it was on the house. The meal was so delicious I definitely recommend visiting them.

Great Shawarma spot! Excellent food and friendly staff. First had it in Niagara - but now they're expanding everywhere in the GTA. Beef/Lamb Shawarma is the way to go
