Great food quality and portions. Wished there was more chairs for seating. The music could be swapped with halal options. Everything else is good. There is a lot of good halal beats around nowadays.

We ordered two items. One regular shawarma bowl and one legendary bowl. The food is too cold. We can see that they kept the food ready in the counter for a long time and then gave it to us. There is a bitter taste in the hummus. Service is very poor and too slow for preparing the food. And at last they ask the customers for good reviews.

Excellent service, I was greeted at the door. Guy serving me was super nice and great at his job. The atmosphere is good, clean, and there’s some humorous aspects to the branding which I like. I got a chicken shawarma wrap. And it was a tad pricy but it’s understandable and fine everything considered. The wrap itself had a very impressive pita that they bake in front of you, it also was very tightly wrapped and didn’t leak sauce or break (in my experience that is very rare). The packaging it comes in is also very nice and makes it easier to eat. Ingredient wise the meat to vegetable ratio was pretty even, my only complaint about this place was the flavor of the shawarma. I think maybe it was the spicy garlic sauce but the wrap as a whole is on the sweeter side, and the rest of the flavor profile is lacking a bit. On my next visit, I can see that not getting that sauce would potentially make this a 95/100 experience rather than a 83.5/100. Regardless I’d reccomend this place to anyone in need of a quick shawarma wrap.

We got the chicken shawarma (double brotein) and the regular chicken shawarma. I would recommend you don't get the double brotein, it breaks the balance of the dish. The OG is the way to go. The Haloumi fries were very forgettable and very greasy. I have to gives this place a 5 because they do make the perfect shawarma. If it weren't for that shawarma, it would easily be a 3.

I’ve been a regular here and and other locations as well, while I’ve consistently enjoyed the flavorful shawarma, I’ve recently noticed a troubling trend. The food is undeniably tasty—well-seasoned and satisfying. However, the portion sizes are quite small compared to the price. The shawarma itself is excellent, but it seems like the servings have become increasingly scant for what I’m paying. This discrepancy between the amount of food and the cost has started to affect my overall experience. Additionally, there’s been an issue with their service. On one occasion, I waited 30 minutes for a wrap at this location, and it was clear that the staff struggled to handle the rush. They seemed unorganized and unprepared for a busy restaurant setting, which only added to the frustration. Even though the flavor is great and I’ve appreciated the quality of the ingredients, the small portions and inconsistent service make it hard to justify returning to not only this franchise but Shelby’s as a whole. As much as I like the taste, the value for money and the lack of efficient service are significant drawbacks. It’s a real shame because the food has potential.

My go to place for chicken shawarma in a bowl!!! The best!! Thrilled they are opening more locations and one near my house!!! My family loves it!!! Warning...order ahead online as they are busy and can take up to 20min for your take out order. Worth the wait!!! We have never dined in

The beef and lamb shawarma were fantastic, but I didn't enjoy the chicken shawarma as much. Just like their ads say, they bake their bread fresh, and they bob the bubblezzzz 😂 There's one area for improvement: the service. I ordered for dine-in, but my food was placed in a to-go order. While I waited, no one brought my food or called my number. After waiting 10 minutes, I went to get it myself, which meant I couldn't enjoy it fresh. I hope they can be more attentive to these details in the future.

CertaI visited this restaurant after seeing its popularity on Instagram, but my experience was highly disappointing. When I entered, an unpleasant smell permeated the entire establishment. The place looked and felt dirty and unhygienic, immediately setting a negative tone for my visit. When it came time to order, the staff member taking my order seemed distracted and uninterested in what I wanted. Despite placing my order, I waited almost 50 minutes, even after reminding the staff several times. When the food finally arrived, the quality was appalling. The taste was terrible, and it seemed like the meat was old and frozen. It was disgusting and unfit for consumption, so we ended up throwing all of it away. I informed the employees about the poor quality of the food, but they did nothing to address the situation or improve my experience. Adding to the discomfort, one of the employees was crying and screaming inside the kitchen for some unknown reason, which only made the atmosphere more distressing. Overall, this was the worst dining experience I've ever had. The restaurant's portrayal on social media is entirely misleading, and I would strongly advise against visiting this establishment.
