YUCK! $27.00 wasted. I ordered here for the first time. Got the BOGO shawarma bowl. They put some fresh vegetables with OLD meat that lacked flavor. Ended up throwing out the second bowl. Also, ordered 6 samosas for 6.99, and they literally bite-sized LOLOL. I definitely won't be back!

IF IT'S NOT TIGHT, IT'S NOT RIGHT! Shawarma Man was literally all over my youtube feed after I watched ONE Shelby's vid. Dude is hilarious I'll give him that. The food also looked incredible from the videos he was shooting. I had been to Shelby's flagship in Oakville in the past so I was hoping that this location would live up as it's fairly new. It didn't disappoint! While I still prefer the Oakville location, this one is close enough to me in terms of distance. The place is absolutely packed most days still so when I order here I usually order ahead and do pickup. I've gotten the legendary wrap, legendary bowl, shawarma mac n' cheese and also the shawarma tikka masala. All very good! HUGE portion sizes. The tikka masala came w/ fresh saj bread on the side so the leftover rice lasted me into my next meal (and I'm a pretty big eater). Mac n' cheese was just ok imo. I don't think I'd order it again cuz the noodles were a lil overcooked. The chipotle sauce was good but overall, the dish was a lil too salty for my liking. Very generous portion of chicken on top which I really appreciated. I will be returning to try the shawarma biryani. Also shoutout to Raj for helping me w/ speedy pickup when I arrived!

The food is absolutely delicious and generous serving sizes. I will say if you order online to double check your bag before you leave. My colleague ordered samosas and the receipt on the bag says 3 piece samosas but they were not in the bag.

I wanted to grab a bite. So me and my coworker decided to go to shelby. It was packed here, super busy. The establishment and the atmosphere in the restaurant didn't not feel like shawarma place at all. I ordered a mix wrap. If u want an extra tooping, everything costs extra, which is ridiculous, and if u want a mix wrap, u got to get the super big wrap. Mix wraps in normal size are not available!! They man the wraps in the back, which I don't like at all.. the meat that they use is frozen. i dont think its fresh, and 100%, they just buy the meat premade! and the meat is not sliced thinly. The sauces literally made the shawarma taste good! The bread was super soft to the touch and to the bite! But if you're looking for real shawarma, I would not come here! It's not the real deal, but it is not bad as well! Would I go out my way to drive here to eat NO!

Quite impressed with the wraps this spot offers. Lots of variety with a lively atmosphere. Small dining area great for a quick bite and go. The kitchen offers an open concept that allows you to enjoy your meal being prepped! They have included an order station to go through the options and select your wraps with your customization. Ordered the beef and veal halloumi cheese wrap. If you like sauce make sure you add extra as I felt it needed more. I would probably try to add banana peppers or something acidic pickle with kick which is what I think was missing in mine. Otherwise make sure you don’t ask for ketchup because they will make fun of you 🤣 LOOK AT THE GRILL MARKS 👌

This is by far the best shawarma place . The restaurant was very clean, the washroom was clean, open kitchen style. You get to see how the staffs preparing your food. The only downside is the parking can get crazy during lunch hours. Shout out to Manpreet. What a lovely girl who works there.

Well there are not too many shwarma places that take care of the meats properly. Shelby's is the ONLY shawarma place that I know of that does everything right!! They follow the food handling laws of Ontario and their shawarma shows it and tastes like it. Its awesome, the flavours the freshness, made to order, just the way you love it! I have had the chicken shawarma and I have had the beef and lamb shawarma. They were both delishious, and I will definately be going back soon. They have 2 sizes to choose from, I recommend the big size, it has more meat. The shawarma did not fall apart in my hands, and the shawarma pita was homemade on the spot. If your looking for shawarma, look no further, Shelby's is the place!!!

Stopped by with some hungry nephews to grab some late night shawarmas. Our first time trying Shelby's and overall a great experience. The food was fresh, tasty and good quality. The staff were really friendly and enthusiastic, despite how late it was!
