Great fast food shawarma overall. However what's happening with the portions? Just ordered from ubereats and received this tiny bowl (see photos) #shrinkflation

The shawarma here is full of flavour, perfectly seasoned and the portion is generous. Staffs were also friendly and attentive. Highly recommend this place for a delicious and satisfying meal. Specially Shajid, he did well while serving us.

Their staff is very helpful specially Nanda (idk if i spell it right). Since it’s my first time to go in here, I was overwhelmed and I don’t know what should I get and Nanda helped me to choose depending on my preference. Also, even though the place is always packed, they made sure that the place especially the tables are still clean. Overall, If you are looking for a shawarma place, you might consider this place. The parking lot has big space too

Shelby’s Legendary Shawarma truly lives up to the name because it may be the BEST shawarma I’ve ever had! It was International Shawarma Day, Oct 15 2024 and for $5 I got their traditional chicken shawarma and it was so damn delicious! The saj bread was made fresh and it’s like naan bread which I love it more than pita bread. Plus the chicken was juicy and tasty and I always love the pomegranate sauce. They also give a choice of garlic or spicy garlic sauce which is unique. I also love the design of the their packaging! Cool illustrations on the box the shawarma comes in and it has a pull tab in the centre to open so you can eat with less of a mess. Plus I got a wet nap packet which I totally loved. I wished I ordered a second one because of the deal but I’m eager to return. Also the shawarma seemed a little smaller than other restaurants so I’m curious to see if it’s same size as my next visit on a regular day. They have many locations in GTA but I got such friendly service at Lawrence & Warden that I want to go back there. The lady taking my order was very friendly and had a big smile. She also complimented me on my hairstyle which made my day!

They know what they are doing with this one. I am impressed by many of Shelby's offerings. It begins right at the door. You are given a good impression by the nice branding and design of the place's signage, wallpaper, etc. Everything is professionally done. The place looks very well maintained and stylish. Careful thought was given to portray a certain modern vibe. Even the order receipt has a short write-up about ketchup that is easy to miss for those who are not paying attention. Service was also good. The person taking my order was very patient and polite in waiting for my order. Employee training is not lacking at all. The food was equally amazing. Their shawarma comes in Shelby's branded carton packaging. There is an easy to open pulltab that makes eating the shawarma easy and not messy. And, they do not even have to, but the order of shawarma comes with a wet napkin provided for the customer to clean up with after. The shawarma is stuffed, and the meat with sauce is savory. Overall, I am extremely impressed. I would not think twice about recommending this shawama place.

Shelby owner is obsessed with ketchup and has a very dark sense of humour. I don’t quite get it but you need to read the receipt. It’s a waiver of liability. Sound serious. Food is very tasty. Don’t skip the spicy garlic dipping sauce. We tried the Bites box. It worths single penny of it. The packaging is over the top. Maybe it’s too much. But it works I rated atmosphere 3-star because of the ventilation. It can be done better. Wraps are made on site. Check out the video If you go to the same store I went , you will see customers are buying food from Shelby. That’s telling you something. Tasty food. Nice service. Tablet ordering systems work well. Just not sure about the joke about ketchup nor joke on uniform and T-shirt. It’s very irrelevant. Cheers

It was my first time trying Shelby’s. I had legendary chicken bowl. Quantity was very good. I thought of finishing the bowl at the restaurant but I couldn’t. Taste was okay. I didn’t feel anything new. I’m not a fan of tahini. But unfortunately I thought of including it in the bowl. Which I regretted later. Service was really good. And I noticed the cooking area which was very clean. Everything was in good order. I don’t think I will go for another bowl but i will definitely try the wrap next time.

Was very hyped to visit and try them…not disappointed at all. Bought the Legendary Shawarma chicken wrap, chicken legendary bowl, beef and lamb legendary bowl 🤤. The mango juice as well, too good and fresh tasting. The best part I liked is the thought of keeping wet napkins in the bag 🫡. Will definitely be coming here from now on and ditching my regular other place 🫣. The Shawarma Man’s rules will definitely be followed 🤗.
