Shawarnado Shawarma

Tasty and delicious food. Portions were good. Enjoyed mixed shawarma plate and Chicken meal. Falafel were nice and crispy. Will come back again.

This was my first time eating at Shawarnado and I was pleasantly surprised. I could smell the food as soon as I pulled into the parking lot. Even though I went there close to closing time, the food tasted great and didn’t feel like leftovers as most restaurants normally do. It was fresh and well seasoned and came with fresh salad and potatoes. The staff was friendly and took my order right away. I didn’t have to wait long to receive my order either. I ordered a large mixed combo and a regular chicken Shawarma, which both came up to less than $30. I gave this restaurant a five start for: - Great Tasting Food - Fast Friendly Staff - Good Portions - Reasonably Priced - Clean Restaurant - Food Options Can’t wait to go back!

Shawarnado is an excellent spot for delicious, flavorful food! Their shawarmas are packed with fresh ingredients, perfectly seasoned, and come in generous portions. The rice platters are equally satisfying and hearty. What truly sets them apart is their customer service—the staff are friendly, attentive, and make you feel welcome. A must-visit for anyone craving great Middle Eastern cuisine!

I have mixed feelings about this eatery. On the positive side, my falafel sandwich was delicious, the cashier who took our order friendly, and the music rocking. On the downside, the table we sat at was not clean. While I would happily order from here again, next time, I will get takeout rather than dining in.

Amazing staff, generous portions, good food, good prices. It’s a mix of Lebanese shawarma with an Indian twist to it. Tried the chicken meal platter and it was very good. Asked for all the sauces on the side because it looked like they put a lot on it. They really fill the container and it’s only $15! Potatoes are really tasty and tender. They went very well with the spicy garlic (it’s not really spicy so try it out). Yellow rice is cooked nicely and delicious. Fattoush salad lacked flavour because the dressing wasn’t really flavourful. Tried the beef sandwich and it was very generously stuffed with meat. However I liked the chicken a lot more. Definitely check them out.

We ended up at Shawarnado because we were in the area and we remember a couple of years ago it being good. We recently had it again and confirm it is not good anymore. The service was nice but the restaurant was dirty, with food and crumbs all over the tables. We ordered 3 wraps and it took about 20 mins to finish which we thought was pretty long since it wasn’t that busy. We got the food to go and we are not far from the restaurant but when we opened it, everything was already falling apart and spilling. The taste was alright to finish the meal but definitely would not come back to it.

Horrible experience. The tables were filthy as you can see in the photos, the chicken tasted off almost had a fishy taste. The pickles had an off taste as well. The workers were nice but that doesn't cut it. Honestly the food was disgusting . I won't return.

Love the plates! We got chicken and beef plates. The chicken one was amazing. Hands down the potatoes are the best here. The yellow rice is nice and hot. They put a lot of sauce!! And that crispy onion just makes this all come together. 100% recommended. Side note they also have amazing lemonade 🔥
