Shawarma Royale

I only eat shawarma at 2 places in the whole of Ontario and this concord location is one of the best to provide me with my culinary preferences and I love that the staff are friendly, respectful and also recommend varieties and are fast in prepping my order each time! Stopped by today and as usual, it's 5 stars from me!

The beef and lamb shawarma is really bad Over priced and taste horrible If you want to sell lamb shawarma make sure to use Ontario or fresh meat By using Australian or frozen meet you will have stinky taste of the frozen lamb fat, which smell can be masked but not the taste Not good value for your money

Absolutely atrocious experience. We ordered from uber eats app and got the delivery on time. But when we open up the bag, the wraps were half closed and literally spilling out some of the stuff out. The order was supposed to have hot sauce, garlic sauce and parsley/onions. It was missing all of those items. We called the store and they denied to do anything about it and just call uber for help. Never ordering from them

I think they just opened not too long ago as the grand opening balloons are still intact. Also down to try new shawarma places and though I’ve never heard of Shawarma Royale before, they apparently have a few locations around the GTA. I think because of their grand opening at this location they were running some specials, like the bowls were $9.99 instead of $14.99. We got the Shis Tawook bowl and a Queen chicken wrap. I really enjoyed the bowl. The chicken was tender and the rice was a mixed flavour which was very fragrant. I’ll definitely return to try other bowls and wraps.

The food tasted more like Pakistani biryani than Shawarma. The place was really pretty, the vegetables were fresh, but the overall flavour was disappointing. I asked for the bowl but they said they didn't have it, which i didn't understand bc can't you just give me the same food in a different container? Instead i paid double to get the plate. The rice had way too much cardamom, the chicken was mixed chunks and shaved like it was from 2 different times. The portions were not worth compared to other places and worst of all there was barely any garlic in the garlic sauce!

Worst service ever. Got this chicken shawarma plate. Got this unnecessary stuff which I don’t like . The guy who served me denied to gave cutlery. I asked Cutlery and the guy said it’s inside and I haven’t got it. Not recommended place if you are looking for good Shawarma in budget. Osmow’s and Lazeez shawarma are far better atleast they ask before putting any thing in your plate.

Got the Kebab Bowl and Queen Chicken Wrap, both underwhelming in portion size and flavour. Lacking in sauce and meat, which is quite disappointing. Only 2 toppings, which are options typically included in other shawarma restaurants.
