Shawarma Royale

Had a king swarma wrap during lunch, I got original toppings: garlic, pickles, and pomegranate molasses (sadly no spicy garlic option) double wrapped with pita and markouk bread. Overall was well made with a crunchy shell and juicy filling that held together through to the end! The chicken had a unique flavor i really enjoyed. I was told it is Syrian style and it definitely stands out among others. Unfortunately I had a few burnt pieces of chicken in my wrap which took away from my experience, but will be come back to try again!

Worst place ever. So much attitude and horrible customer service and they also force you to choose 3 toppings max. I had a horrible lunch experience just now. I got the lunch special for chicken with tomatoes, lettuce and onions and two sauces. They made it with tomatoes only and gave me half a cup of fries. When I opened up my pita and could see no onions or lettuce, I asked if they could add that. The guy started arguing and went through the whole wrap and found a tiny bit of lettuce and is like see there is lettuce. I was like ok and where is the onion and he couldn’t find one so he got upset and said you want me to make you a new one… and then he went to make a new one but ended up putting all the end pieces of chicken in the wrap. Please avoid. Update: I went back and recorded the below video.

They have recently opened this location and had great deals for their grand opening. The manager deeply cares about providing a great customer service and the staff are very friendly. They have tables on the ground floor and more at the back for dine in, or you can order for takeout. The shawarma (chicken or beef & lamb) is very fresh and tastes great. I tried the falafel here and I fell in love with it. They also offer Kabab and Shish Tawooq wrap, salad or on rice/fries. They were both delicious and good options if you want to go for less calories.

This place might be a bit hidden, but I've always been a fan of shawarma and have tried it in many places. However, I believe I found the true taste of shawarma here at Royal Shawarma. I'm so happy to have finally found a place that offers both high-quality food and reasonable prices, along with friendly and polite staff. Sufia, in particular, is incredibly helpful and can really assist you in choosing the perfect meal. If you try it once, it will become a regular part of your routine.

The place is newly opened and it was having a deal of buy 1 get 1 on the king chicken wrap.. the wrap was really nice with fresh crispy bread on the outside and juicy chicken with some pickles.. no other filling than pickles and garlic sauce... Served with chilly sauce and also pomegranate molasses which made it to the next level in taste.. I would visit back again next time.

Very nice staff and honoured a deal that was listed on the website but not the menu in store. Store was clean. Food was good, I would say there needs to be more chicken on the wrap but otherwise was good I would give the wrap a 7.5/10 A nice add to the fries would be some seasoning

It's most definitely one of the best Shawama places in Toronto. MY go to place when I am downtown Toronto. Friendly service . loved the food. Keep up the great work, guys. It was delicious 😋. I recently discovered the new Royal Shawarma location. The quality of the food is high, with fresh and delicious options that are worth trying. The staff is hospitable, making each visit enjoyable, specially Sufia, who is very helpful and answers any questions with a smile. I highly recommend giving Royal Shawarma a try!
