Bought king size chicken and Lamb beef Shawarma Wrap, quantity of meat and chicken was not ok for the price . Don't want to take another chance.

Very nice location of this restaurant. Food was absolutely delicious. The staff were very kind and shown excellent customer service. Everything was nice and clean. Interior is very beautiful too.

I recently visited Royale Shawarma and ordered a chicken bowl. While I was excited to try it, I found a few areas that could be improved to enhance the experience. The fries were served cold, which affected their taste and texture. The portion of chicken was also a bit smaller than expected, and although I asked for cheese, it was added in large chunks, which didn’t quite blend with the other ingredients. Overall, the flavors didn’t come together as I had hoped. I appreciate the effort, but I think a few adjustments—such as ensuring the food is warm and using smaller portions of cheese to create a balanced flavor—could make a big difference. Thank you for taking this feedback into consideration, as I look forward to enjoying an improved experience next time!

Very unhygienic they just throw the new wraps on top of the old wraps they were preparing. They are not even suppose to use that table for preparation that's to keep there tools only, I felt very sick that night, and had food poisoning the next day.

Shawarma royal, Scarborough location. Big lie ad , the offer says 50% on the second Wrap, online or in store. this is a Scam ad, I challenge you if you can find it online, the offer doesn't exist on the website used for online order. Even in-store when I asked about they seems not be aware about this offer and said they will ask the their manager and argue that the system is not letting them apply in store as well. This location are used to display ads they don't respect. I remember months ago, their was an ad about a lunch combo of 9.99, but the shop decided by them selves to apply 11,49. And after many complaints when they decided to apply that price , the combo meet quantity was less then the regular priced. The managers of this location are not honest even though I like their food but disagree with their management

This is a mixed review, as the food is excellent and the service is top notch. Twice I have tried to take them up on their 50% offer and twice I've been told it is only on the "King" wrap, as opposed to any wrap as advertised. They do not seem interested in taking the signage down, so while I absolutely recommend the food, beware of possible "misprints" in their advertised pricing.

Had an amazing dine-in experience at this place.The shawarma was delicious, full of flavor, and perfectly cooked. Joel, our server, was outstanding attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a cozy vibe that made us feel nice. Highly recommend this place for a great meal and excellent service!
