Shawarma Royale

I ordered a king Shawarma on Uber Eats. I asked for hot sauce and when my Shawarma arrived, it was completely unedible because the amount of hot sauce they used. It’s honestly almost like eating soup. I called the store and let them know that the sandwich was completely uneditable and they said that it was my job to put light hot sauce on the app, I continue to say there is no option for light hot sauce on the app. The man on the phone continued to tell me if the option is not on the Uber Eats. I need to call them and tell them to only put light hot sauce. I’m sorry, but what establishment do you ever need to call to tell them not to put half a bottle of hot sauce on their sandwiches?

Shawarma Royale delivers a great shawarma experience, both chicken and beef, with flavorful and satisfying options. The restaurant itself is clean, with plenty of parking available, and a charming interior design featuring wall art and umbrella-like decor over the tables that adds to the ambiance. The facilities are well-maintained, including a clean, single-stall bathroom. The service is also commendable. When we requested water but preferred not to purchase bottled options from their suppliers, they accommodated us with a water cup, showing their willingness to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction. Overall, Shawarma Royale combines tasty food, a clean environment, and good service, making it a place we’d recommend and look forward to visiting again.

Food - 5/5 Service - 5/5 Ambiance - 5/5 Price - Bit Expensive Ordered a chicken shawarma, and it was tasty. Unlike others, it wasn't bland. It was almost$ 14 per Shawarma. The filling was decent, it had lot of chicken chunks. Will try their other food items too.

I ordered the chicken wrap, and it was absolutely fantastic! The chicken was juicy, super tender, and packed with so much flavor that I felt like I was traveling to the Middle East with every bite. It would be nice if they added fries to the wrap, but honestly, it tasted so good that I didn’t even mind! The ambience is also comfortable and inviting, making it a great spot to dine in. Definitely coming back for more!

All good things! I love their wraps and plates and that coleslaw it’s always soooo good!! This place is also our go to for when we’re having people over. Family platters are delicious, big and it comes in a box that leaves us mess free! Consistently good! 10/10

Very tasty authentic Syrian Shawarma with the Syrian signature grill burn on the wrap elevating the taste of charred sandwich.. garlic sauce and flavor is generally better than alzaeem.

Highly popular with the lunch crowd, Shawarma Royale has a very good selection of Middle Eastern fare and very reasonable prices. Having visited this restaurant frequently since 2023, their food has been consistently excellent. Unlike other establishments that serve shawarma, their food is not oily. The specialty breads are fresh, have a good texture and taste great. The chicken is nicely prepared and not dry. The beef and goat are tender and not gamey tasting. Though I was never a fan of coleslaw before, this restaurant has completly changed my mind with their incredible preparation. Customer service in this restaurant is great. Staff are down to earth, courteous and well mannered, easy to talk with, and they take their role seriously as though they have a passion with respect to ensuring that customers receive the freshest, most delicious and best quality food. Overall, Shawarma Royale in Oakville delivers great value for the money and excellent food.

Not sure but the last time I had it was a tad better but still really good. I recommend the prince Royale lamb wrap.
