The baklava here is truly a hidden gem—honestly my favorite in the city! It beats any baklava shop I’ve tried. Unlike many others, it’s not overly sweet or syrupy; the phyllo stays perfectly crisp without getting soggy. It’s packed with pistachios, and they’re generous with the portion. If you’re a baklava lover, this spot is a must-try!

I felt rushed to place my order, despite needing time to review the menu. The man working there impatience and abrupt behavior made me uncomfortable, and I was shocked by the lack of basic customer service skills. I politely asked for more time to decide, but his response was dismissive and unhelpful. This experience was, unfortunately, the worst I have encountered in any restaurant. I believe that customer service is a crucial part of the dining experience, and this incident has left me with a very negative impression of your establishment.

This place isn't like it used to be. The person behind the counter was quite rude, possibly having a bad day and seemingly forgetting the purpose of their business. When I ordered the chicken and beef box, I noticed the portions have been getting smaller and smaller over time. The chicken was very dry, and the food overall tasted bland. They frequently get the order wrong because they don't get it right the first time. The atmosphere isn't friendly at all; it's obvious they dislike their job and take it out on the customers.

The food from this restaurant was fantastic! We stumbled upon it while browsing Uber Eats and were immediately drawn in by its enticing promotion. We decided to try their two Mix platters, and we were pleasantly surprised by the generous portion sizes. Not only were the portions ample, but the flavours of the food were truly delightful. The hummus and yogurt with chicken and beef were outstanding, and the turmeric rice was a delicious accompaniment. The only slight drawback was the Garden Salad, as the lettuces appeared slightly yellowish. However, this minor flaw did not affect the overall taste and enjoyment of the meal. In conclusion, we are delighted with our dining experience and can't wait to order from this restaurant again. It exceeded our expectations in terms of both portion sizes and delectable flavours. We highly recommend giving it a try!

The chicken Saj wrap is great. While the fillings are about standard for shawarma, they use more unique sauces, and the key part is the wrap they use. It’s nothing like the normal pita bread, it’s almost croissant-like and so so good because they grill it too. The fries in the saj wrap box are also great and their special sauce goes well with them. After my second visit, I can say the fries are still splendid and similar to Costco fries, Saj wrap still just as good too!

Unfortunately this is just an average Shawarma spot as I had higher expectations considering some of the reviews. Everything was ok but nothing exceptional as I have tried many other Shawarma spots in Toronto and across Canada and this place rates average at best. Considering they charge almost $15 for a plate there was very little meat which is what Shawarma is all about. It was pretty good overall with the sauces, rice and potatoes but the shortage of meat and the higher price tag lost a few points for me and unfortunately I probably won’t return to this location again.

3.5 stars... was welcomed by a huge parking lot (45 minutes free parking) and followed the path into the restaurant. Was a little confused with the duo entrances but during the Covid times they are utilizing the parking lot entrance. They have currently a $5.00 special for any shawarma (chicken or beef) on a pita or baguette... I opted for the chicken in a baguette. The bread is very nice and soft with a good chew... But... took away from the meat and fillings... the chicken was very nice, big meaty flavours and moist! The flavouring was great (had to do a taste without the bread and that's when I realized my error). The crew inside is plenty friendly and informative. I was only asked if I wanted hot sauce but not of the other toppings... Will definitely come back soon to try out the 2 for $8.00 special also and grab one of each on the pita bread
