I tried the chicken shawarma wrap here, and the chicken was absolutely delicious—juicy, tender, and just melts in your mouth! However, the wrapping could use some improvement. It’s not wrapped tightly, which makes it a bit messy to eat, and the lettuce tends to be unevenly distributed, all on one side of the wrap. If they fix these small issues, this wrap would be an amazing treat. Overall, great flavors, but some refinement in preparation would take it to the next level!

I ordered chicken over rice with extra chicken and some Hummus on a Thursday night. One bite of the Hummus and it was rancid and bitter. I called and let the store know, they offered to replace the food but I declined. The service was quick as there was only one other customer. But I will not be visiting this place again.

I have tried every shawarma place in Milton. This was my first time here. I have been avoiding it because, it took over Halifax donair. 😭 Best, shawarma I have had in Milton to date!

Thank you! I want to thank the staff for being so friendly , welcoming and kind. You don’t always get that in restaurants anymore . All 3 gentleman were so sweet! Secondly the ULTIMATE WRAP PHENOMENAL!!! Bravo ! We’ll be back to try the Saj wrap next . Can’t wait ! ( loaded with toppings and pita was super fresh !)

I recently visited Shawarma Alley and had an exceptional experience, thanks largely to Faraz. His customer service was outstanding—easily the best I've ever encountered. He went above and beyond to ensure my visit was perfect, making me feel genuinely valued as a customer. If you’re looking for incredible service along with delicious shawarma, I highly recommend this place. Faraz truly sets the bar high!

Shawarma Alley offers tasty shawarma and pizzas. While the pizza has occasionally been a bit overcooked, it’s still very good. The wraps and shawarma on the sticks are especially delicious and stand out as their best offerings.

I ordered chicken on rice and it did not disappoint. Usually the servings for this kind of things from other restaurants are small but when I got the regular size. It was full of rice, chicken and sauce. The price is comparable from other restaurants and sometimes they have a good deal in ubereats. It was tasty and would love to try different combinations in the future. A must try shawarma place.
