Shambhu's Coffee Bar & Restaurant | 100% Veg🌱

Food: Really good tastes like Indian street food. Ordered Schezwan Hakka Noodles, Chilli Paneer and Vada Pav. Vada Pav was the best I have tasted so far in Ontario and Green Chutney enhanced the taste. I ordered Kokum Drink which was okay, I tasted it in Carnatic Cafe in Delhi and taste was amazing. Service: Service was quick, I assume 10 to 20 mins. Ambience: Ambience is good for a cafe. Parking was easy to find and ample of parking in Plaza.

This restaurant doesn’t even deserve one star. Food is worst. We order Cottage cheese panini you can see the amount of stuffing inside the bread. You will literally feel like eating bread for 9$. The coco was so thick. I had a lot of expectations for this restaurant but it brought me so down. Never ever coming back here. So disappointed

Noodle burger was very good . Sandwich was okayish. Had heard a lot about the GJ01 coffee and it lived upto it's hype. They've games like Uno and jenga to keep you busy while the order is being prepared. The ambience is very good and looks like you are in some back home cafe.

A beloved Ahmedabad-based franchise, now open in Canada. It was an absolute delight to experience the same flavors and vibes that I cherished back in Ahmedabad. We ordered the Shambhu Special Hot Coffee, SCB Cold Coffee, Panini, and the Bhakri-style Pizza. Every item lived up to the authentic taste I remember from Ahmedabad—nostalgia in every bite and sip! Truly, majaa aavi gai! One standout feature was the tables—each had a built-in game top, which added a fun, interactive element to the ambiance. It’s a perfect spot for friends and family to hang out and make memories. If you’re a fan of Shambhu’s back in India or just looking for a fantastic coffee bar with unique offerings, this place is a must-visit. Highly recommended!

One of the best places to visit for a spicy twist to most of the snack cravings. Great taste and ambience. The tables are lined with board games.. like ludo, snakes and ladders and tic-tac-toe.. there were cards, jenga pieces and comic books for time Pass.. loved the atmosphere. The front desk associate was warm and welcoming. The menu was very appealing. We ordered one of the grilled sandwiches, vada pao and bun maska. Special mention to the masala chai and south India coffee ( they were kind to make me one without sugar). Moderately priced. Had a great time. Good quality and good food. Huge thumbs up .👍

We were glad that Shambhu’s opened in Canada. We came from Kitchener and were looking for some options to try and Shambhu’s was the one we picked. We felt nostalgic drinking cold Coffee, Coco and other stuff to eat. It definitely has the same taste we used to have it back in ahmedabad. Thank you for keeping the authenticity. We’d be back for sure whenever we’ll be in town once again.

We wanted to re-live our childhood memories and this place totally lives up to the expectations. Authentic taste and nice Cafe vibes. Delicious food choices that brought us back down the memory lane. 1. Ahmedabad style bhakri pizza - 8/10. Little overcooked but tasted nice. 2. Scb house panini - 9/10 this was a recommendation from the staff and we relished the taste. 3. Vada pav - 9/10 this was a surprise package. Staff member told us there was buy one get one offer and we ordered it. This was infact the best dish we had today. They also offer ton of Jain and Swaminarayan menu options. Would definitely come again to try other dishes.

Shambhus’ Cafe brings back such nostalgic memories! The coffee tastes just like it did back home, rich and comforting. The food is amazing, and the atmosphere is so welcoming. It feels like a little slice of home every time I visit ☺️
