We recently ordered Hakka noodles and chili momos, but unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The noodles were overcooked, lacking any texture, with no balance of seasoning. As for the momos, they were chewy and seemed like they had been pre-cooked and reheated, losing their freshness and softness. This was our first time visiting the restaurant after reading positive reviews from other customers, but the taste and presentation of the food were both very poor, especially considering the price we paid. Overall, it felt like there was no attention to detail in preparation, and we wouldn’t recommend these dishes based on this experience. We hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously and improves the quality for future customers.

Don't try Chili chicken, absolute garbage. If you want to try Burgers, go to Sector 17 at Steeles Location, Very good Burger there, Give yourself favor to try Burger there if you want. But Cilli chicken, Don't even think, It does neither look nor taste close to even Chilli Chicken.

We went to this place as my husband heard the advertisement it many times on radio . When we entered the place it was not inviting, looked like more iof take out place. Even if we ignore the ambience we expect a clean place atleast. But it was not clean too. We were hungry so we decided to dine in and ordered 3-4 items from menu thinking we can order more once we taste the food. It took Do much time maybe 25-30 minutes just for fast food item. It’s was Fries, masala fries n dahi batata puri. After a long wait when we got the food the quantity was so less. Dahi puri was a joke , the puris were so small and not stuff with yougurt n other accompaniments. I am going to share the picture of dahi puri here so u can relate. Thé sandwitch we ordered was not great as well, filled with Store bought mayo, which spoiled the taste of authentic Bombay sandwich. The only thing good was masala fries. We were still hungry n we decided to order more fries and some other item on menu but Lady at the front said it will take 40 minutes. For the first time it happened we decided to go to different restaurant so we can eat something more. Deciding between pizza or some other Indian restaurant we ended up going to chsi pani restaurant which is right across the sector 17 restaurant. it served the best dahi puri in gta. Look at the first dahi puri picture from sector 17 and second one from chai pani restaurant. You can see the difference. I am not here to defame any restaurant but want to bring this to notice of restaurant owner of sector 17 about our experience.

Very disappointing, ordered noodle spring rolls and this was what we got. As if they served with leftovers. Worst experience ever.

To begin with the food was amazing. I usually don’t eat spicy but I couldn’t stop myself from eating the spicy food this place has to offer. Hasneet (I hope I am spelling her name correct) was such a sweetheart. She took my order and helped me figure out the best dishes from the menu and honestly I couldn’t have done it without her help. She made sure everything was perfect. This place is a must try!! You guys are doing such a good job and it’s coming from a person who has worked in customer service, keep it up guys!!

Excellent late night craving spot. Ordered Authentic Hakka Noodles and Masala Fries Staff is very friendly, Prerna suggested both the things are we really liked it. We specifically asked her about the chef and exchanged few words, Jashan & Kirat - big shout out for excellent food. Perfect beginning of the weekend

The name tempted us to try this place. Honestly had high expectations of the menu and quality of snacks. Chai was average in taste and the KatoRi chaat was tasteless. The only food item which was delicious was the fried chicken. Lots of seating space. The chair had all food and oil so was a little disappointing. Seemed very popular for takeouts. Might give it another try so they prove my comments wrong
