Seasoned Restaurant

Was looking for pre-theatre dinner spot for my Wife and I and saw Seasoned online. Menu looked good, original items and not the same-same of so many restaurants, had some attractive veg options for my Wife. We arrived 20 mins early but they sat us immediately. We had a few glasses of wine, an appetizer and pizzas were the Saturday feature so ordered two pies. Our server was very nice, made sure we were enjoying our meal and didnt need anything AND left us to enjoy our meal without constant "are you ok?" moments....much appreciated. Crustini app was very tasty, pickled onions were the star of the dish. Pizzas were quite large and very good. I could taste the quality ingredients and highly recommend the spicy salami pizza. Total bill was around $70 so great value. Perfect start to a night out.

Like everyone else, booked this so we could have dinner before the play at Theatre Aquarius. It was a Friday and there were some specials. Mussels and five dollar house wine. The wine was Italian and a great bargain. Two of our group had the mussels snd loved them. I had the duck and it was spectacular. In fact, everyone in the group of six was very happy with their meal. The service was friendly and at a good pace. The soup was potato and onion and wow. Every dish is delicious and well presented. While I wasn't allowed to share, I think I will return to try the seafood salad. It looked great and those that did have some raved about it. If you are in the area, give it a try but book ahead as they fill up quick.

This is a good French bistro with tasty food and reasonable prices. Service is prompt, attentive, and efficient. I have been here twice and had two very good meals. It is just a short walk along King William from James St. North and has comfortable seating both inside and out. Spotlessly clean. While the menu has traditional French cooking, you will also find specials, pizza, and a really great hamburger. All their bread is made in house. Even the croutons in the caesar salad were delicious. There is a small table where loaves are allowed to cool, placed in sight of anyone seated inside. It truly is an altar where we can all give thanks for such wonderful bread. You can hear the faint voices of flights of angels singing praises for the wonderful bread...

This place has the best healthiest veggie pizza i have ever had , dont get me wrong, i am not health freak, i am a foodie and when i say healthiest its THE yummiest i can imagine someone can make with most exceptional ingredients like cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, kale, caramelized onions and hot peppers…..and ofc cheese……, I’m so ready to go there right now! The service was amazing and the staff is so friendly, i went their with my boyfriend for brunch and we both are hangry people when it comes to being hungry for too long….and the food, staff and ambiance absolutely did the trick ! Loved the experience! ❤️

I was taken to the Seasoned Restaurant a couple of weeks ago. It was great , I got the special burger and fries and beer. The lady who treated me got the pasta, she got the pasta, she raved how delicious it was, I had a taste ,it was perfect! The service was pleasant , and the price was good also , even though I didn't pay. Will definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone!!

My husband and I had the extreme pleasure of attending here a few weeks ago on a date night. What a hidden gem 💎! We had the mushroom gnocchi, duck, and a wonderful appetizer of prosciutto, fig jam, and brie with argula. The service was excellent, the meal was outstanding. The brother’s playlist was awesome in such a cool and quaint place. We will be back!

I had lunch here with my friend and husband, and we enjoyed our experience. The food was tasty, and we enjoyed the discounted pizzas today (every Saturday). The aioli that came with the fries was excellent! I enjoyed the pizza, though I like a little more tomato sauce. It was a 14” so is great value. It was a great atmosphere, and I appreciated the excellent service. It got pretty busy so I was happy that we made reservations. If I’m back in Hamilton again, I would gladly come back to try some of their other entrees.

We have been to Seasoned several times now, both dinners and lunches. Our first dinner, three of us ordered different appetizers and mains in order to sample different flavours. Everything I ate was amazing! We have enjoyed dining on the patio and and takeout since re-opening post-pandemic. The “Stage 2” menu is fun and well rounded. Always a great meal for lunch or dinner. The newly renovated interior is very clean, and welcoming. The staff are knowledgeable and very friendly. We will be back often! So happy to have this new establishment and dining option so close to my neighbourhood!
