Scotty’s restaurant has always been a favourite of mine. The food is delicious and the atmosphere is relaxing and elegant. The waiters and waitresses have always been very happy, inviting and lovely. Unfortunately, on my visit last night, the waitress spoke in a very harsh, condescending and rude tone throughout the night. She made everyone feel very rushed and uncomfortable. Hopefully she was just having an off day and acts more respectfully to future guests, because it really changed the vibe of the night. Everything else was great.

Like other reviews here we decided to take a chance and try Scotty’s. We’re so glad we did. All of the reviews are very accurate. The atmosphere is very pleasant, the staff are wonderful and the food was delicious. Like a home-cooked meal. We had the bourbon, chicken and roasted beet salad Highly recommended. This is one of the best meals we’ve had in Barrie.

Ok folks, this is a very good spot to spend your time ! Relaxed atmosphere, fantastic food and friendly staff. Really worth a visit, you won't be sorry you did.

Had no expectations when going to Scotty’s for the first time. But they did not let down. Excellent service, portions and food! Would certainly recommend to anyone looking for a great meal!

Always delicious and consistent. Great service with attentive and authentic staff. Best burgers, amazing pastas, and tender fall off the bone ribs. Generous portions and hospitality. Great selection of wines and some local beer on tap.

The food and service has been great every time I've gone. Staff is very friendly. Chicken Alfredo is delicious. I recommend the Lemon Chiffon. I don't even like lemon but it's great.

Amazing! 10/10 the owner is so kind, patient and absolutely loving! We had the chicken bacon penne, and let me tell you, my 6’4 heavy set man could barely finish it!! Such a large quantity for a good price! Will def be coming back!

Delicious good. Amazing service. Cute, cozy restaurant. Best espresso Martini i have ever had. Our server was very, very nice, did an awesome job and we were well taken care of. The hostess did a great job. Such a friendly man. If you are in the are, definitely check them out. We throughly enjoyed everything we ordered. Will definitely be going back. Absolutely amazing!!
