I was served by MJ, I apparently dont like too much food in my box, I asked him put just enough for me. He was an amazing guy. Next time if ever come to Toronto, I will certainly come back here.

Went to have lunch and was pleasantly surprised! Food was flavourful and the portions were extremely generous. The customer service was great - they even let me sample one of the meats before deciding on my order. I ordered the curry chicken bowl — the chicken was perfectly seasoned. The coleslaw was a nice refreshing touch to the bowl. The corn and pineapple salsa was also a nice sweet touch. Overall 5/5 will definitely be back!

I am not sure what happened to their Patties it’s the same taste but it’s a lot thinner and even the crusts are not the same. The chicken roti was unbelievably huge it will feed 2 people but the taste did not wow me this time, it’s still good but I hope it’s a one off.

Nice store layout. Very welcoming and nice ambience. I ordered the shrimp bowl and it’s delicious. Generous portions. Fresh ingredients make their dishes really tasty. In addition to this, the staff working there on the evening of 09/30/2024 were friendly and helpful. Overall, a nice and pleasant experience with this location. I would go back again.

A traditional Caribbean cuisine with a twist of western fusion, Scotty Bons brings a full meal to the table. In terms of meal preparation, it’s almost like a mini subway sandwich approach where there exists a la cart toppings and sauces to complete your base meal. A major highlight for the restaurant is that all menu items are halal certified, excluding their in house beef patties. Both meal quantity and quality delivers a balanced and generous portion size intriguing customers to come back. As far as the atmosphere goes, it’s rather a small sized restaurant with limited bar stool seating. Given the location, most customers orders for take out and Uber services. Otherwise, quite lively and colourful surroundings.

I had the most delightful experience at Scotty Bons tonight! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was chef's kiss 🥰. The staff welcomed me warmly, making me feel right at home. It's rare to find such genuine hospitality, and I can confidently say I'll be returning just for that. Now, let's talk about the food. The barbecue chicken bowl is an absolute masterpiece🤯🤯. It's almost too beautiful to eat, but once you take that first bite, it's hard to stop! The chicken is tender, perfectly seasoned, and the flavors are fresh and satisfying. One bowl is more than enough to leave you feeling full and happy. What's even better is that Scotty Bons is conveniently close to where I live. I can see myself coming back here regularly, and I don't think I'll ever get tired of it. Plus, the interior of the store is super clean and aesthetically pleasing, perfect for snapping some TikTok videos or pictures. It's an all-around fantastic experience, and I can't thank the team enough for making my day. Highly recommend!

Scotty Bons Halal Caribbean Spot is fantastic. We tried the jerk chicken, Cajun shrimp, fish, and BBQ chicken bowls—all of which were delicious. It was great to enjoy halal food that's not Middle Eastern. The staff were very friendly and even offered to take group photos for us. To all my Muslim foodies, make sure to stop by when visiting Toronto. Note that this is a cute take-out spot with a few stools if you want a quick bite.
