Schmaltz Appetizing

Very cute. Bagels are lovely but I got The Maven which is a salmon bagel and I really don’t like salmon in my breakfast so that might be me.

If you’re a bagel lover, this spot is a must-visit! I tried the Maven on an everything bagel, and it was absolutely delicious. The ingredients were fresh, generously portioned, and full of flavor. The bagel itself had the perfect chew, with just the right amount of seasoning. The lady at the counter was incredibly friendly and recommended the Maven and the Chub Chub as fan favorites. The ambiance in the back was stunning, with a beautiful little fountain that made me want to stay all day.

I have had no appetite for a few days now. I didn't know why, and it was all same whatever I ate. And today I found this place! It was my first time here, and I ate the Chub Chub Sandwich recommended by the friendly staff. (Thank you!) Amazingly, I finished off all of this sandwich in just 4 minutes!! I don't really like bagels, but I'm surprised how they can taste so good. It was amazing how they satisfied my appetite with just fish salad, smoked salmon, cream cheese, and pickles. Now I have a dream... My dream is to make a lot of money and buy bagels from here every day

The BEST smoke sAlmOn BagEl in Toronto no doubt!!!!!!! My boyfriend has grabbed me bagels from many different stores across the city and Schmaltz is for certain above any other, both taste and size wise. The salmon is fresh and on the fatty and thick side; the cream cheese has somewhat a yogurt-ish freshness and taste to it. The price is on the higher end, with a smoke salmon cream cheese bagel 15 dollars plus tax. But trust me, it’s really worth a try! The store itself is quite small, and there is not really a place to sit and eat. The owner is very friendly :) A must try in Toronto!

Great place that reminds me of an old school Jewish deli / Bakery! There are so many different bagel sandwich options to choose from and you can also customize your own Bagels are delicious and from one of my fave bagel places, Bagel World The toppings on the bagel are quite generous which I guess makes up for the higher price They also have a ton of grab and go items, definitely recommend checking it out! There is a patio to the side where you can sit and eat too. This place is also Fat Pasha which opens later in the day, looking forward to checking that spot out too

Fresh bagels, cream cheeses, salads and cured fish that can be served to go, but they also have options for you to buy their products and other grocery items for at home. Staff there are extremely kind and welcoming! I got the Maven, which is a typical Lox and bagel. It was really good and the portion of cream cheese and lox was generous, but at $16, it’s definitely a once in a while treat.

This bagel house has my heart. A staple of the DuPont neighborhood. They have a bagel for everyone. I love the build your own option. They also have pizza bagels for sale and babka!!! The gooiest babka you’ve ever had. These foods are rich and such a treat to eat. The bagel sandwiches are always PACKED with ingredients. No skimping out on anything here. I’ll go back again and again
