Google Review ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience at Scaddabush Italian Kitchen! Our waitress, Jhaster, was absolutely wonderful—friendly, attentive, and super helpful throughout the meal. We tried the Naked Mozzarella, which is an absolute must-try—fresh, creamy, and simply delightful! For the main course, we had the Chicken Parmesan, which was delicious and came in generous portions. The food was flavorful, and the presentation was spot on. Overall, great service, fantastic food, and a warm atmosphere. Highly recommend this place for a memorable dining experience. Will definitely be back!

I had the best experience recently, from the food, atmosphere and knowledge our server provided. She gave excellent recommendations and knowledge on the menu. Romy truly made the most of our first visit! You went above and beyond and made my sister’s birthday! Truly appreciate it and felt we were the only guest you had due to your tentativeness. Thank you again, and can’t wait for our next visit!!

We were greeted by a very nice, friendly young lady. As it was our first time visiting she welcomed us and showed us where the rest rooms were. The atmosphere is clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. It was only a matter of a few minutes before our server Jack arrived and once again we were welcomed with a warm smile. He informed us of the menu, fresh pastas, etc and immediately brought us our refreshment and took our orders after knowledgeably answering our questions. Our orders came without delay, hot large portions and were absolutely delicious! Jack returned to our table a few times to see how we were doing and if there was anything we needed, he was very attentive! Paying our bill was quick and we were graciously thanked. We highly recommend this restaurant and hope to return. Thank you to all of your staff!!

Had an amazing evening. My girlfriend and I waited around for a half hour after being seated. The manager was so nice, we didn't complain. The food was amazing and he was so nice and comp us 2 appetizers even though we never complained. The waitress was so nice and once she was assigned to our table, the rest of the service was awesome. I give this restaurant my highest recommendation and I wouldn't hesitate to dine there again.

We had an amazing server Sophie, who was just good vibes the whole night. She was attentive to our food and drink requests and needs, helpful with choosing menu items and just overall jovial and good spirited. And as always the Scaddabush environment is so cozy, comfy and hearty from the meal, to the decorations, to the service.

Always a wonderful experience at any of these locations. Our server Dee (Whitby) was such a pleasure, our food was quick and always cooked perfectly. Tried my first Peanut Butter Espresso Martini and it did not disappoint! I have a new addiction to go with the Zucca Ravioli (highly recommend).

Came here for lunch for the first time. The host seated us indoors and we waited for a while until our server came to greet us. Seems like she was the only server for indoor seating. Took our drink orders, then talked about the fresh cheese offering. We were intrigued and decided to try it. It was okay. Nothing spectacular. It did taste fresh which was pleasant. Ordered a pizza and pasta to share. Pizza tasted okay but was burnt in some areas. Pepperoni was too spicy. Pasta "lacked sauce" but was just okay, very dry. Now the wall photo gallery seemed like a strange design choice but it made the seating area feel haunted! Rustic Italian with old world charm? Pillars hanging over the bar? Maybe Italian vineyards would be more fitting? Again, design choice, right? Server was okay. Not overly friendly. Seemed distracted or didn't want to be there! (Nicky) No quality check or server wasn't available when we looked for her. She didn't bring our food, a guy from the kitchen brought it. He wasn't overly friendly either. But hey, they all have their systems, right? Overall, it wasn't a great dining experience. Been to better locations like the one in Scarborough. Service and food need to be addressed. If you have pizza that has burnt parts, why serve it?

Went here with the family and some friends. We enjoyed the atmosphere and the food was delicious. The kids meals were great and the Sophia pizza was excellent. We also ordered a Bolognese pasta which was really good. It is a bit pricey but tasted authentic Italian.
