As a Brit I am a bit of a snob when it comes to Indian food. It is the most popular cuisine in the UK. The food here at Savera is very tasty, good size portions and friendly service. I recommend it very highly. I wish they would offer family combination meals for take out as their competitor does online, Savera's food is far better however.

these guys are awesome! my first pakoda take out was packed so it came home soggy but after i mentioned it they changed the packaging! always crispy now. I am a loyal customer and slowly working my way through their delicious menu! perfect every time!

Worst food i ever tried. It was my first experience with this restaurant. I ordered food by uber eats and spent around $74. Food was tasteless and stale. I ordered veg biryani, paneer do pyaza, samosa and naan. I waited around 1 hour to get my food and i was excited about it. When i tasted it i regretted. Biryani was without raita and vegetables in biryani smelling bad. Paneer was bas too, no spice, too much oil inside. I wish i could give zero rating. Not recommended at all, don’t waste your time and money.

The food was very good, generous portions and the waitress was very pleasant. I’m glad it’s in the neighbourhood and we will no back.

The food here is out of this world, best Indian food in TO, as far as we're concerned. We've been coming here for years. It's family run and the service is amazing.

So good. I've lived in this neighbourhood for 15 years, and that's as long as I've been coming here – with my kids and with my friends. The menu has recently been pared down to the classics. The butter chicken bowl is a feast, at only $15. Tikka chicken is marinated and charred to perfection. The service is wonderful. Savera is a local gem.

A beautiful and charming little family owned and operated Indian restaurant in St. Clair Ave. West neighborhood. Amazingly good, authentic Indian food combined with friendly staff and reasonable price. You will not be disappointed! The restaurant is open for take out only (due to COVID-19), but you can order their amazing butter chicken which is chef's special. If you are ordering naan, we lover the butter and garlic variety. The lamb dishes are amazing and unique. If you crave appetizers, try the veggie or chicken samosas! For the veggie dishes, I love the palak paneer (spinach cheese) that goes weill the rice (plain white rice) or biryani. My son loves the shrimp biryani!

I went into this restaurant on a rainy Sunday and was delighted to find the place open between lunch and dinner service (which is rare for Indian restaurants). The lady who served me was very pleasant and seemed excited that it was my first time there. The food was delicious. The garlic naan was perfectly cooked and moist at the same time. The chicken curry had real flavour without being overly spicy. The onion bhajji was crisp and well seasoned. I had the rice pudding (kheer) for dessert and this was the clincher for me. I typically find kheer to be undercooked and overall underwhelming at restaurants. But not this kheer, it had been cooked over a slow heat and the milk and rice had had time to come together in a delicious combination. Overall I loved it ! Will be coming back !
