A lovely little French Bistro that is a gem. We went into around 8 p.m. and only wanted a dessert and tea. We were openly welcomed with no negative attitude and our server was friendly and helpful. The warm bread was a welcome treat and the lemon merengue desert is fantastic along with out tea. Going over the menu we noticed that all the prices are reasonable for what is offered. This bistro is a lovely little gem and we are definitely going to plan on having a dinner there.

You are definitely missing out if you don't try this amazing gem. We loved the martinis, and the food was outstanding. We can't wait to book their private dining room for our next party event.

The service was great and super friendly! The food however was very basic, unimpressive and the portions were too small for the price. I ordered their steak special and it wasn’t special at all.

We have lived in the beach for over 20 years, and celebrated here many times. I still love how for a Saturday night dinner, just the two of us, it still impresses. Food is always on point, friendly people who run the place, and have for years. This is a really special place.

The food is always great here as is the attentive and friendly service. This is a neighbourhood favourite of many who are regulars here. We enjoyed the patio tonight and had a light dinner because it was too hot to eat a big meal. We will be back, and back and back again.

Great experience at Sauvignon. Attentive service and never felt rushed. Great food with good prices. Great eclectic atmosphere. Excellent cocktails and decent wine list too. Fun time with a nice patio for summer vibes.

We had a fantastic first visit at this lovely, quaint neighbourhood spot and will definitely be back for more!! The atmosphere is charged with very positive energy - everyone there is happy to be there from staff to customers. The restaurant is full of interesting artwork with a funky, eclectic vibe. (Check out all the light fixtures!!) The menu is creative and appealing and the food was a solid 10. Will definitely return and I HIGHLY recommend!!!

Probably the premiere restaurant in The Beaches Neighbourhood! Right from entering, the atmosphere and charm greet you, and the staff are warm and inviting. (Donna was fabulous!) The decor is intriguing and not overpowering, and in some way romantic and whimsical. We really enjoyed glancing around the restaurant and noticing some local details. The menu offers excellent choices, and the kitchen was terrific with our food restrictions! Thank-you for being so considerate! We're definitely coming back!
