Sarpa Trattoria

We have been here a few times and it is always very good! The service is great! I would recommend trying the crispy shrimp appetizer as it was honestly one of the best things I’ve ever had before! I also like the orecchiette and my partner likes the variety of fish options available. The maple cake is our favourite dessert!

This restaurant is a bit far away but it is worth the drive. Loved their pizzas especially the mushrooms with truffle one which tastes so good and different from other ordinary pizzas elsewhere. The waiters were very helpful. Although we were not allowed to bring in our own cake to celebrate my cousin's birthday, they offered us a candle with a birthday message to put on the desserts we ordered. Overall, I will visit again when I crave their delicious pizzas

We celebrated our anniversary at Sarpa Trattoria as a family of four, and it was fantastic! We started with their fresh bread and Calamari as appetizers, followed by Gnocchi and the Mezza Rigatoni Alla Vodka for our main courses. Every dish was absolutely delicious, and the flavors were spot on! We finished with Tiramisu for dessert, which was the perfect sweet ending to a memorable meal. Highly recommend Sarpa for a special occasion or just a great Italian meal!

Love the vibe of this spot, super romantic date night vibes!! Food was delicious, we got the bolognese and bacon rigatoni alla vodka. So great! Waiter was very kind and welcoming. Made sure we had a great time 😄 great spot if you are in the Oak Ridges area.

We visited Sarpa with another couple and had a delightful experience from the moment we arrived. A distinguished gentleman—possibly the manager or owner—warmly greeted us at the door, showcasing a level of hospitality that's rare in today's dining scene. It was a fantastic start! We were seated at a comfortable table, and our server, a young man, promptly brought us water. He was attentive, though it was clear he was a bit nervous and juggling a busy night. Despite that, the bussers were impressively efficient, ensuring our table was cleared and cleaned after each course. The pacing of our meal was excellent; we never felt rushed and truly enjoyed every moment. We had such a wonderful time that we decided to indulge in dessert as well. While the menu leans toward the pricier side, the quality of the food was impressive, the drinks were fantastic, and the overall service was outstanding. We left feeling thoroughly satisfied and eager to return!

Reza was an amazing server! Me & my friend were impressed by his exceptional service. He made our dinner experience so enjoyable. The atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. Grilled Octopus was one of my favorite, sorbet tasted so rich & flavorful.

Sarpa is one of those hidden gems that simply delights and brings you to a smile when you experience its menu. For our appetizer, we had the bruschetta, which tasted so wonderfully rich topped with the whipped ricotta. I highly recommend the meat pie (pizza) for those who want an authentic savory taste with a hint of spiciness. You can share it with someone or enjoy the entire pie yourself if you love pizza like me! For vegetarians, the pan roasted potato gnocchi is just sublime. Each bite makes you want to eat more. To drink, we opted for a cocktail called Reza's Angels, which had a sweet lemony taste. But don't let the name fool you it's fairly strong. Finally, for dessert, our selection was the panna cotta, which can be described with only one word - divine. We had a terrific experience and the best service I've ever had for dinner. I highly recommend coming here for couples, groups, and large gatherings.

Not sure why it took me so long to try Sarpa Trattoria but so glad we did. Great food and great service. Cesar Salad 10/10 Chicken Parmigiana 10/10 The bread you can get for a very reasonable price is so tasty. Server was very nice and didn’t rush us at all.
