I ordered from uber eats today. I called them twice and asked to add green chutney which I love with my food and remind them twice not to forget as I really like that with my food. When I got the food there was no green chutney I called them again and she was like ohh yeah we forgot to add. I was like are you guys serious if somebody is ordering some specific thing by giving you call twice this means you have to be little attentive. Rest the food was okay nothing to complain about food, but staff should be attentive if they are saying yes to customers they should make sure to add that in the order. If they think they can’t do that just say no to the customer.

Order 3 different things and 15 naan spend 100$+ just to receive this for salad. Didn’t take the order over the phone because other customers don’t pickup ????? Why is that my problem customer service here sucks seems like the workers aren’t happy working here. I waited 25 mins for this was an absolute waste of my money and time wouldn’t recommend.

We ordered chaap, it was good but a bit tangy. The paneer sabji was very basic no extra ordinary flavor. They charge .05c for each water bottle and when asked if we get regular water no one even returned to answer. The service was very slow too.

Food was great. We tried dahipuri and spring rolls , paneer lababdar and chicken tikka masala with garlic naan. There were 2 girls taking orders out of which 1 was really humble and sweet, “Karamtey” was her name as far as I remember. Drinks were perfect, shoutout to the bartender. For the desert, they could do better as the brownie was little too dry.

Best golgappe you can have there. They have unlimited golgappe package. Ekta served us, she’s really amazing and hard working girl. Well deserved appreciation.

We ordered Pani puri and Paneer Chilli (semi gravy). Pani puri was yummy. However Paneer Chill was bad. Paneer was so stale that we couldn’t even cut it. We raised the concern with manager and his response was utterly pathetic. He mentioned quality of paneer is bad but he can’t do anything about it. Even if he gets a replacement that will also turn out to be bad. The lady who served us the dish asked why we didn’t eat the food and when she tried cutting the paneer , she too realized that paneer indeed was stale 😩😩😩.
