I recently visited the restaurant and had an amazing experience. Vanshika was our server, and she was incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout the evening. She ensured everything was taken care of, from the food arriving on time to making us feel at home. The food was absolutely delicious, the prices were genuine, and the atmosphere was fantastic. The DJ night was a cherry on top—the music was great and really added to the vibe.

Date: Dec 31, 2024 New Year's Eve Personal experience: Utterly disappointing and overpriced! My rating is purely based on the service. We went in a group of 6 with a new year package deal which doesn't look bad at first but it's a scam. Warning - CHECK YOUR BILL THRICE!! The menu prices doesn't match the bill. If you add anything extra to the food or drinks, you will be charged two folds without your knowledge. The servers don't inform anything prior. We were served by Vanshika and she was not transparent with pricing. We understand that it was NYE, but customer expect visibility. We did speak to the manager to educate the staff. This business will not run long if customers are fooled. I had a very disappointing experience at the New Year’s Eve party. The server, Vanshika, misrepresented prices, charged abruptly without prior notice, and added extra charges to the bill. Drinks listed as non-alcoholic on the menu were charged heavily for adding alcohol, doubling the cost without clear communication—this felt deceptive. She also lied about the availability of items, like a beer tub, which we later saw on other tables. The experience felt like a money-minting scheme rather than genuine hospitality. I wouldn’t recommend this place, especially due to the unprofessional behavior of the staff. I believe constructive feedback is essential for improvement, and I urge you to address these issues, particularly the actions of the staff member mentioned. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend your venue to others and hope you take steps to ensure no other customer feels the same way in the future

I did my birthday party in Sapphire from the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was absolutely stunning—chic, modern, and perfect for a relaxed evening out. The lighting and music created such a welcoming vibe. The drinks were phenomenal, crafted with precision and creativity. Their signature cocktails are a must-try! The food was just as impressive, with flavors that paired beautifully with the drinks. The service was top-notch; the staff was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had an amazing experience. Whether you’re looking for a place to unwind or celebrate, Sapphire Lounge is the perfect spot. I can’t wait to return!

This place is a gem! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm welcome and the upbeat ambiance set the tone for an incredible evening. The food was exceptional — every dish we ordered was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. Veg and non veg platter is the best I have ever had 🤩. The drinks were just as impressive. Each drink was expertly crafted and complemented the food perfectly. The DJ music was the highlight of the night. Shisha was fantastic! We tried Pan flavour , it was exquisite sweet with a hint of mint that made it incredibly refreshing and the smoke was so smooth and clean, it made the experience truly relaxing. The staff was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic time. We’ll definitely be back!

Went with a group of friends. Ordered sheesha and drinks to begin with. Blushing lychee was a very very small serving size, compared to the price, and was not cold. For food we had Truffle fries, Crispy chilli cauliflower, Spice kissed chicken tikka, kali mirch chicken tikka, Ambarsari fish, tandoori chicken pizza. Truffle fries were meh, just simple French fries. Had no taste of truffle oil or flavor. Spice kissed chicken tikka had too much garam masala, Kali mirch chicken tikka was a soft and well marinated barbecue. Fish was crisp and nicely coated. The best was perhaps the cauliflower; perfect seasoning, spices and flavors. Music was too loud for a lounge. Our host Komal was efficient and helped us from choosing food to seeing us out. I'd go again for the sheesha and the service!

I was invited as a VIP food influencer to their grand opening, n i feel so lucky to have this amazing lounge in the heart of Streetsville .. this would be my #1 hangout lounge with friends ir simply chilling n enjoying shisha with great tasting mocktails. Loved the vibes of the place n oh they got DJ & belly dancers at night ( could be only on weekends not sure) .i tried couple of their food options , i enjoyed the taste n presentation of the plates but as a foodie i felt their portions were tiny compared to the normal restaurants. I recommend this to everyone. As I don’t consume alcohol, I personally tried 2 of their mocktails n LOVED it
