The food was just okay. However, there is one issue that clearly needs improvement. As mentioned in other reviews, the person taking orders at the counter was incredibly rude. I’m not sure if it’s a cultural difference or a language barrier, but if this restaurant is not located in Japan, I believe it’s only right to respect the local culture. Regardless of the type of restaurant, you should always assume that customers may not know everything about your establishment. When a customer asks a question, don’t look at them as if they’re ignorant for not knowing something obvious. It’s extremely rude and unprofessional. If it had been a more sensitive customer, this situation could have escalated into a bigger problem, which is why I’m bringing it up. You may not care about Google reviews, but if similar reviews keep piling up, it could eventually lead to serious consequences. Thank you.

It is way overpriced for the portion being served, though the ramen tastes good! Absolutely not worth almost $20 for a small paper bowl of tonkatsu ramen!

Are you serious about this portion size? It’s less than half of what I get at Scarborough Town Centre. Even the radish is reduced to a third of a thin slice. Your portions should be consistent and justify the $17. This portion is truly disappointing and not worth it. Do you think being in a food court and serving everything as takeout means you don’t need to maintain consistent portions? This is truly upsetting.

08/07/24 ☆ I tried their shoyu ramen yesterday. The noodles were cooked perfectly and it wasn't too salty. Also they had a free ramune drink promo which was great. My only complain is about the broth. I found the flavor a bit strong for my taste but overall it was a pretty good experience!

This location is in the urban eatery food court of the Eaton's center. They offer a full menu at this location. I ordered the Tonkatsu Ramen which as of December 2023 goes for $17 plus tax. The quality is just as good as the regular restaurant. Highly recommend to grab a quick bite.

Thick broth and super tasty chewy noodles! First time trying seafood ramen and i loved it. Owner was so nice she gave me an egg for waiting so long. Great service although hard to find a seating in the food court. Definitely my go-to while shopping at Eaton!

Even though we were very hungry before that, we couldn't finish the portion of noodles, even though it seemed small to us at first glance. If I remember correctly, we ordered ramen with miso soup and one with tomato(?) It turned out a little fatty for me,despite this, I really liked the soup We were kindly given a package so that we could eat this dish at home. The dish kept a hot temperature for a long time 👍🏻 which made it possible to enjoy it longer. Thanks !!❣️

I love ramen but I have some health issues related to sodium. I'm so glad they were able to accommodate my request for less salt!!!! It took them less than 5 minutes to prepare for me. They offered to separate the noodles and ramen so it doesn't get soggy. The food was fresh and delicious. It was perfect!! Thank you again.
