I Really didnt want to write this review, But I have been feeling sick since i walked out. Ordered My Food From the Ipad , And As i started to eat i saw something move in my salad .. i said no way and i took a closer look and there was an earwig in my salad. The server was extremely apologetic and i have nothing bad to say about him. Please Management and Kitchen Staff Do Better this is highly unacceptable. Sad to say i wont be returning.

Sano Sushi is our go-to spot for all-you-can-eat sushi, and it's easily one of the best in the area! I'm a big fan of their Golden California Roll and Las Vegas Roll—definitely a must-try if you're visiting. Highly recommend!

My new go to place for AYCE sushi! I'm so glad they offer dumplings (har gow and shui mai) and of course gyoza. They present nicely thick cut salmon sashimi pieces. Also a few additional things on the menu that make me come back are the short ribs, thai style noodle/rice dishes, and plentiful specialty rolls; black/red/green dragon and also the "sano" roll to choose from!

The first time ordered for a pick-up. It was ready when I got there and many people were having all you can eat, which I'd love to try. The quality of food is good and alright. No spark nor surprises. I'll say their sushi do have a little more rice compared to the fish on the top.

Came to Sano sushi because we want Japanese and we are in the area and we found out that they are All You Can eat when we sit down. I am sure you can order A la carte as well You order using a tablet and it is very easy. Service is a bit of a mix here but overall is ok. Food items come out very fast and they never miss any order. Food tastes ok as an AYCE restaurant Parking can be a bit of a challenge. It took us 5 minutes to wait for a parking spot. Overall is ok. They give you discount of you pay cash.

A great choice for take out! - It was easy to order through their website with 10% discount for take out which was nice. - Lots of parking spots in their plaza, so no worries about where to park. - Food was ready after 30min to pick up as they advised when order was completed so no delays! - We have ordered the maki platter A, overall it was a great, tasty and value for money choice for sure, the only room for improvement could be the Dynamite roll, the size of shrimp compared to cucumber and other ingredients could have been more balanced. Green dragon and spicy salmon rolls were great! - They followed my instructions perfectly as I asked for extra wasabi and chopsticks! - No comment how the AYE or dine in experience could be as we had a take out order To conclude if you ask me if I will go back to this place again or not? The answer is DEFINITELY YES! My suggestion, give them a try!

This is my GO TO sushi restaurant in Richmond Hill! I've been coming here since they opened, and the quality can't be beat. The sushi rolls are delicious, and I love the dessert options as well. The crab meat salad is so tasty.
