I’ve tried the paneer and aloo parantha. They were very delicious and just like home. Soft and the filling was tasty. The portion sizes are also good. Had a good overall experience right from placing the order till enjoying the food.

Sam’s food is a high quality food handler and she prepared the food in top quality. Most importantly, she prepares the food as healthy with quality ingredients and less oil. I highly recommend Sam foods if anyone looking for daily meals with tasty and healthy

Sam’s food is a very good and reliable option if you are looking for simple home cooked meals. The quantity is good and the food is delicious. It’s an excellent option if you don’t have time to cook everyday but don’t want to eat out either. She has a variety of foods and her menu is different every day so lots of variety too. We loved Sam’s food and will be ordering from her frequently.

Hi I am a busy working mom and was struggling to cook daily meals with return to office policy. My friend suggested Sam’s food and it has made my life so much easier. The food is fresh , prepared daily , not oily and just like how we make it at home. I have tried both her veg and non veg options and they are tasty and healthy. I highly recommend her for anyone craving home cooked healthy Indian meals!

First - This is a carryout service at Sam's Apartment. She offers delivery as well - So me rating Atmosphere 5/5 means nothing but the speed of Service if/when you show up. Quantity - Better than anywhere we have tried - So thats key. Taste - We have tried South/North Indian and they are both equally good. We have probably bought from her 10-15x per month, so enough said. But why Sam's Foods? If your busy and need a reliable tiffin service and what to be able to eat out during a busy day and not have a upset tummy... This is the best option in and around North Oshawa.
