Im a new student around the area, and I saw this cute and clean shop while walking. And got this smoothie bowl. It’s called the mermaid smoothie. Very affordable, very yummy and very healthy. Definitely will be coming every single day.

First time here, the owner was quite kind. The food was decent for the price. I wish it hadn’t been so dry. Perhaps next time I’ll try something different and leave a 5 star review in terms of food 😊

Grilled chicken sandwich was very average. Our custom salad was not fresh but the balsamic fig dressing is nice. Quinoa was as dry as a cactus. Broccoli in salad was not edible and topping overall were very stingy, with the container barely full. Wouldn’t order from here again. It’s an overall ripoff but three star in taste.

Can't go wrong with this place. It’s become my regular lunch spot and I’ve gotten all my coworkers onboard too! Fresh, tasty, good portions, and good prices compared to a lot of other healtby options!

this place blows Freshii out of water. better flavour better portion better price. you're actually satisfied after a healthy meal here not left hungry like Freshii. so healthy and tasty. I'll definitely be a regular here.

Salus Fresh Foods is one of my new spots! With many healthy options to combat the usual fast food joint, Salus provides good food along with a great atmosphere, very kind, caring staff, and of course a very clean environment. Would definitely recommend!

I work in the area and have been waiting for more health conscious options. The prices are quite modest at around $10-15. My favourite part about Salus is that you can choose which vegetables and toppings you want in your salad or bowl as opposed to it being predetermined options.
