Great go-to spot for weekly office lunches through Ritual! Normally have the Lean Protein bowl with a good mix of protein, complex carbs. The food is very savory and appreciate that the macros are reported on their menu.

Salus is one of the healthiest food options in downtown Toronto. The ingredients are always fresh, and the menu has a diverse range of options to fit all palettes. The staff is extremely friendly, and the efficient assembly line structure ensures the meals are prepared quickly. Also, the ambience has an old-world charm with 18ft grape wine molding ceilings contrasted by minimalist modern furnishings.

I stopped into Salus on a Thursday morning and ordered a latte and an açai bowl. The latte was ok, I’ve certainly had better for $5. The smoothie bowl tasted pretty good, but it was very difficult to eat. The base wasn’t smooth or blended whatsoever, it was frozen chunks. There was also a massive layer of oats (not granola, straight up oats) that took up majority of the cup. Trust me, I definitely appreciate some crunch but that’s just excessive. The fruit on top was good but there should’ve been more for the price. Overall, my breakfast wasn’t bad, but I’d recommend going elsewhere for a better experience.

Delicious! They recommended the Mexican street corn bowl, it was so good! The green smoothie also tastes amazing. The service was fast, friendly and efficient. I definitely want to come back and try other things. Great for a post workout meal

Amazing surprise. Most options are vegan, but let you add some protein if you want too (shrimp, meat, etc.). Great food, decent quantity. I will definitely come back (lastly, kudos for the cookies)

A terrific place to eat if you are looking for a whole food plant based meal. I had one of their excellent bowls/ salads with added tofu. The ingredients were super fresh and the Siracha dressing was zingy. Here you will find vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options. You can get salads, grain boxes, wraps, non alcoholic drinks and coffee. It's a pleasant and well lit space, in a former back building. Has soaring ceilings where you can see the former bank's architectural details. Friendly service too. I had take out. Highly recommended.
