This place is busy during the week, less so early Saturday. Lovely food hall to enjoy a meal, beverage, or pick up food, groceries. Very clean, very nice seating area. Had nice chat with manager Sandra. Convenient access by subway; parking nearby available.

BE NE A Pusateri's Pizzeria in the underground offers a wonderful selection of delicious gourmet pizzas. You can order by the slice or tray. The crust is nice and thin and the toppings are fresh and plentiful with a variety of combinations. Great for lunch or take home meal for dinner with a nice glass of wine. Definitely try as you will become a regular in no time.

***Update*** I was in the area after I saw the response from the business owner which is apparently their marketing team. I spoke to the manager who was really wonderful and let us pick any two entrees of my choice for free. I thanked her and told her that their marketing team should at least address by their correct name when responding to customers. Next I told her that they should leave an email or a way to contact them when they say things "please let us know how we can help?". These are marketing (addressing by the wrong name) and customer service failures (not giving a way to contact the business). But since the manager was so professional and personable, I am upping the stars on the review. ***Original*** Got a surprise bag from Too Good to Go from Pusateris and it was surprisingly bad. The vegetables were undercooked (potatoes were raw) and under seasoned. It was too citrusy. The other salad was just about ok. Again we had to do our thing to make it edible. I can't believe it's so crazily priced when you don't use apps like TGTG. Won't get food from here again!

A very nice space with a mix of food offerings. Pastries looked amazing, while the fruit and vegetables area seemed like not a lot of variety and low on stock. There were a lot of shelves that were empty. While some areas were nicely merchandised others seemed left to be empty. Maybe not much business here on the weekend? Certainly clean and there were staff around, no one acknowledged us or greeted us. As a high end grocery retailer I would have expected that from the staff. Prices were high but they are associated with Saks after all. I felt this space could have been better executed. I focused my photos on the positive areas and not the empty ones, but you lost a star for empty shelves and unengaged staff.

I love to come here to pick up lunch. Lots of variety for all type of diners. Classy decoration. Always convenient if you want to buy a small gift or stock up your snack drawer 😬🥜. Fresh fruits 🍊🍉🍇🍎 nuts, syrups and always delicious new gastronomic things to discover! Customer service is superior in all stations I've been. The only inconvenience they have for eat- in customers is the dining area is too small for the demand. So, this is mostly a grab and go place.

Wide range of food items both cooked and uncooked. A bit pricy but it's totally worth the extra dolly. They have a great ranch of pastries and all sorts of cakes that baked fresh everyday. I highly recommend

Lots of variety and lovely display. Remember to pass by and look around for unique items. Over 20 variety of soy sauce. If you need a great souvenir, they have Canadian maple syrup in maple leaf bottles.

Okay place to pick up some specialty packaged food items. I go regularly to get tea as they often have a wonderful selection that you can't get other places. This is not a place to go if you want to get a quick bite. The pre made items are not very tasty and often present poorly. Which is a shame considering the prices they are changing. Shop is relatively clean and laid out nicely. Staff are simply okay. Better off finding what you want on your own than to ask for assistance.
