Solid sushi and rolls. Ordered the rainbow and 6 pieces sushi sampler which were both fantastic. They forgot my miso soup but were great about crediting me. Will be back there soon. By far the best sushi on Roncy.

My sister and I were walking from the hospital from visiting our dad and we were starving. Saw this place and gave it a try. We were blown away! The best sushi we had,and the service was exceptional, even on a busy Friday night,so accommodating to us,let us eat in there,which it's more like take out,but even after a potted plant was knocked onto the floor,and a free dessert for the mishap ,we plan on going back tonight after we visit our dad again!!! Everything was fresh,tasty and delicious.

Second time ordering in a row! Saw the reviews on here and decided to give it a shot. A bit more on the pricey side, but WELL worth the cost. The sushi tastes so fresh and delicious, and I'm a salmon lover and haven't had anything better than this place yet! The chicken karaage is so crispy and juicy. Can't get enough of it! Love that with every order you get a tea bag (my mom loves it!).

I recently tried Sake Sushi and ordered the 5-piece sashimi along with a California roll, which I substituted for the Spicy Tuna roll for just $2 more. Although it wasn't a sit-in restaurant, the pick-up experience was smooth and convenient. The sashimi was fresh and flavorful, and the Spicy Tuna roll had just the right kick. It also came with a refreshing salad and warm miso soup, which complemented the meal. Overall, it was a great option for a quick sushi fix!

UPDATE x2: it's now been YEARS since my review. This place has not changed and if anything has become even BETTER. It's so good. And still so highly recommended! They deserve all their success. Heck, I'm going to order takeout from Sake tomorrow! Update: More than 1 year later and I still eat here very often and all of my friends love it too. Really consistent, fresh dishes and amazing service. - Absolutely amazing. I'm really picky when it comes to sushi in Toronto and have been meaning to give this place a try. I went in right when he opened at 3:30pm and the customer service was really kind and friendly. I ordered an assortment of rolls, sashimi, and nigiri, and everything seemed fresh, tasted right, and high quality. The plating is really nice and his attention to detail seems like it flows through the whole place. I will definitely eat here again, I live in the area and there is nothing else this good in queen west/parkdale/dundas aside from only one other place that also recently opened up. Got to support places like this and hope they stay busy and quality remains the same, I will be going back many times this spring!
