I went to buy Vietnamese bánh mì this morning, but had to leave empty-handed due to the staff’s poor service attitude. I waited 30 minutes to place my order, but despite calling out to the staff 2-3 times, he completely ignored me. He only attended to customers who were seated with large orders, even though they arrived after me. It felt like he was prioritizing bigger orders over smaller ones, possibly because they’re of higher value. I do not recommend this place and will never return. Such a disappointing experience, especially on Christmas Day.

I had an amazing experience at this banh mi store! The vibe is so welcoming, with a cozy atmosphere that makes you want to stay. The staff are incredibly friendly, always ready to help and make sure you have a great time. And of course, the Banh Mi is delicious—fresh, flavorful, and packed with authentic ingredients. Definitely a must-visit!

I ordered $6 before tax Vietnamese sandwich. It is amazing quality. Bread is long, crispy and solid inside. Pickles and vegetables are fresh quality. Chilly fish sauce makes it tastes so like back home, 100% South Vietnamese style. I have not seen any banh mi using fish sauce. This is the only one. Pure South Vietnam.

Food was tasty and satisfying, also super affordable. Really great service! The owner is so cute. She came out to check in and converse with us. She even offered to help us move to a new table so the Sun wouldn’t get in our eyes. We spent a little more than $20 for two banh mi and an appetizer, will come back soon.

In an area of Toronto that is spoiled for choice for bahn mi spots, I visited Saigonese Viet kitchen to try out the bahn mi. I chose the beef bahn mi (chef's choice) which was about $8 before tax and I added on the Viet ice coffee which was about 4-5bucks. The bahn mi had a decent amount of beef strips along with delicious pickled veggies that made for a lovely sandwich. The bread is top notch too with a crisp crust and soft crumb. The sandwich hit the spot however I missed the texture of pork here. I think the beef doesn't hit the traditional taste of bahn mi I've experienced in the past. A delicious sandwich nonetheless. The iced coffee was good. This coffee is more ice than coffee so it's a tad disappointing in that it'll be done in a few sips. However it is reasonably sweet and has the creamy condensed milk taste with a strong coffee taste (instant coffee). This pairs well with a bahn mi. Overall for $15 I had a decent, enjoyable and light dinner here.

The Vietnamese banhmi was good, I like their pickle (thick and crunchy). The My Tho noodles is good as well. Wish they give more sauce on side to adjust accordingly to my liking.

The crispy pork belly with rice was fire—seriously, the skin was so crunchy, and the pork was juicy and full of flavor. And those chicken wings! They were crispy, a little sweet and spicy, and just so damn good. Plus, they throw in some fresh herbs and pickled veggies that make it all taste even better. Definitely gonna be my go-to spot for a quick and tasty Vietnamese fix. If you’re in the area, you gotta check them out!

I came here to get a banh mi. I got the Bánh mì thịt nướng which is Banhmi with Grilled Pork. The banh mi was about $8 and the size is pretty decent. It was the same length as my arms. Restaurant has plenty of deatint if you want to dine in and there’s pho and other options. Overall the banh mi was pretty good.
