Vietnamese restaurant dishes are delicious. The staff are enthusiastic and cheerful. The restaurant's Christmas decorations are very beautiful and warm, suitable for holding a year-end Christmas party. I will go to the restaurant to eat often. Thank you so much!

We love this place. The food is always fresh and delicious, and very authentic. The portions are big (even though I find it that they’re bigger when you dine-in than when you get a take-out). Their service is always nice and polite.

I loved the vegan pho. It tastes delicious. The portion way too much for me to finish - so they offered a takeaway container, for which I'm grateful.

Overall this is a bad restaurant both in service and food quality. 1. They serve but do not care about the feelings and experiences of customers. The waiter only brings out the dishes and does not give side dishes such as bean sprouts, lemon,... or ask if if their is anything missed. There is a female employee who keeps running in and out screaming to the others, she even seems to be screaming into the ear of a customer sitting next to the window. 2. I ate the noodle soup (Hủ tiếu in Vietnamese, it was not delicious and not Hu tieu at all. And more surprisingly, I discovered that there was a piece of plastic wrapped around the crab stick that was still intact, not removed when cooking. How horrible! 3. The shop has a lot of flies and insects. NOT RECOMMENDED!

Located in the heart of Cabbage Town in downtown Toronto, Saigon Pai is a popular restaurant specializing in Vietnamese and Thai cuisine. They offer an extensive selection of dishes prepared with fresh quality ingredients and adhere to a philosophy based on the importance of presenting guests with food that is aesthetically pleasing to the eye. The owners of the restaurant are quite engaging. They love to listen and talk to guests about the food they enjoyed, and clearly demonstrate that they truly care about the experience their guests had at the restaurant. The restaurant itself is spacious and airy and consists of good size booths and open table seating. It is tastefully decorated with modern impressionistic and abstract artwork througout on a backdrop of earth tones that seems to deliver a calming effect in addition to creating an artsy and easy-going ambience. Overall, the restaurant is well organized and very clean. Remarkably, both Vietnamese and Thai dishes are prepared very well. The taste, texture, freshness, portion size and appearance of each food item our party selected was excellent and the cost for each item was very reasonable. We had approximately 50 to 60 people in our party and we were able to sample many of the food items prepared. I think it is safe to say that everyone was more than satisfied with the quality of food. On a final note, customer service was excellent. Staff were very accommodating, well mannered and courteous. The owners are down-to-earth, and very friendly. They understand the importance of customer satisfaction, which in the end made our visit to Saigon Pai a wonderful experience.

Highly recommend the Bun Rieu and Bun Bo Hue! They are so good! The fried spring roll was also good. The restaurant looks cleaner and modern after the renovation. Staff are very quick and helpful.

I have visited the establishment before and so happy that they’re opened again. Such a gem in Cabbage town. The restaurant is newly renovated, very bright and clean. The menu is extensive with a lot of Vietnamese and Thai options. Surprisingly they do very well in both cuisine. I have had the Vietnamese crab noodle soup (bun rieu) and pad see ew here, very delicious. The crab noodle soup has good tomato broth, lots of toppings like cold cut tofu and pork ribs and quite authentic. The pad see ew was delicious as well, a bit spicy but has a lot of vegetables and flavor was good. This time coming back I decided to try their golden pad thai. The dished tasted amazing, the noodles were stirfried to perfection, chewy still and very flavorful. If you want curry and noodles this is the perfect combo. My friend ordered the vermicelli bowl with grilled chicken and spring rolls and they said it was very delicious. Portions were great and their pricing is reasonable for downtown restaurant. My pad thai bill came out around $23 with tips. The service was great. I would definitely come back to the restaurant to try other options, maybe taking some friends as well so I can try more food here.

Should be called Saigon Cay! Soooo spicy (watch out for that papaya salad) but so consistently good. Well packaged and always fresh every time we ordered. I would definitely order from here again since it hasn't failed to disappoint. Even when we made a later order everything was fresh and flavourful. They followed all order instructions and made it very quickly. Happy to have this location nearby!
