Jalebi tasted good but some were too thick and some too thin seems like two different chef’s made it. Rabri was good as well. Ordered over the phone but when my husband went there the order was not ready and the cashier said they dont know if there was any order. My husband argued that we placed the call like half and hour to 40 minutes in advance and then they gave us our order. Samosa was good. But not so happy with the service and jalebi.

I have visited this place for Takeout and only for Samosas. Their Samosa is too good and pretty much what you get in India. For $1, you get a huge samosa with potato and peas filling. The value for money is unbeatable. The Taste is great as well. They fried the samosas, which were prepared from scratch, once I placed the order and served them fresh, which is unlike some places which fry the frozen ones. I have not tried their sweets but they look pretty tempting on display and are priced reasonably too. Although there are a few tables where you can wait while your order is being prepared, they do not allow dine in.

If I had an option to give zero rating, I would have given that. Ordered jalebi from them and honestly they came stale and cold. Seems they gave old ones. Even difficult to chew. And even when called them for the concern, I was told that nothing can be done. This was not the first time I have ordered this item from them. Before they were good but now I have seen that their quality with food is getting poor.

I finally tried the samosas and chai everyone's been raving about! The samosas were perfectly crispy and packed with flavor. And the chai? It is so comforting and the perfect amount of spice. I'm definitely adding this place to my list of go-to spots!

Critic here: I usually don’t complaint above food but the service i received was something that lived up to the name B town. I went in bought the food, was told to wait for 10-15 mins for a samosa, again no worries but then after waiting i saw her giving me a cold one which has been there for god knows how long and another ine she got fresh from inside. Now I am very upset about not being served fresh even after waiting 15 mins. Not the best practice. I am filing a complaint with food licensing board for investigation with time stamps and event description. Was very underwhelmed and disappointed by this.

Stopped by at Sai Sweets for a cup of tea during the evening and it was an amazing experience. I saw vegetarian samosas at the counter and decided to try them. The samosa was really delicious. It was big in size, hot, fresh and crispy. The potato filling inside it was so nicely made. I really enjoyed it and I don’t think I’ve had a better samosa than this before. It came with two chutneys - Green & Tamarind. The green chutney was exceptional. The only thing with the samosa was it had slightly more oil inside which can be an area of improvement in the future but otherwise it was fabulous. Margaret, the lady at the cash counter was very nice and provided an excellent service. She also introduced me to the Chef who prepared the samosas and I had a nice short chat with him. I did appreciate him for his great culinary skills. I also ordered tea and trust me, it was the best tea I’ve ever had so far. It was perfectly made with just the right amount of sugar - Not more or less. It was quite special. I was so refreshed with the hot and well made tea. I also got to try their very popular “Doodh Sagar” bengali dessert which was also exceptionally delicious. It was so fresh and very soft. I was told that this was their hot selling item along with the samosa. Having such a lovely experience, I am now looking forward to trying more of their other vegetarian dishes the next time I am around that place.

We ordered channa bhatura and tandoori momos, they claimed that momos are hand made but left with zero satisfaction. Momos layering was hard, filled with maggi and cabbage with maggi masala and coupled with liquid mayo. I would say never go to this place

I wish I could give them 0 stars if there was an option but they are selling stale food. I ordered tandoori Momos and alloo patty. Tandoori Momos were not cooked properly. On top of that, the alloo patty had fungus. I had one bite and realized it was not fresh and had white particles which later on I realized was fungus. On complaining, they did not even apologize and offered me nothing to compensate. They were laughing and mocking that you won't die because they had it as well. I mean come on, one should not expect such behaviour and low grade stale food when they are paying before the order is delivered. Worst place to go to for food. Nobody should be ever visiting this restaurant!!!
