Not nearly as good as it was years ago. Produce used now is Subpar, much better shawarma spots in the area. Some staff are incompetent and rude. Probaly only around still because of the location and the good reputation this place had before

Best shwarma wraps and chicken on rice around! Together with the best garlic sauce! Lots of meat in the wraps and it is cooked well and seasoned peices! I lived in hamilton and now drive 45 min just to have it! Nothing around me compares!

Terrible experience. I ordered a wrap and a shawarma poutine. They made the shawarma first and left it to sit on their line for 15 mins while they cooked my fries. When I mentioned this; they were rude and brushed it off. Will not be returning. Paying 25$ for soggy food is ridiculous.

Came in the store today after haven't been in Hamilton for sometime. Ordered chicken salad. The portions were so small and they charged so much. Definitely not coming back here anymore. Way to lose a customer.

BEST chicken and rice combo. I love that the chicken isn’t super chunky or stringy compared to some other places. They always load the garlic sauce. It is always fresh, affordable and addicting. I make sure I stop here anytime I am in the area.

Haven’t had chicken and rice for years and attempted it now am hooked, large portions (I don’t know why others complain about) it was more then enough for my child and I to share. They even hooked up a small rice and didn’t charge for my youngest. If there was a long wait it’s because they get so busy with line ups. It’s not fast food so maybe consider that when coming or try to call ahead to place the order: definitely will be going back.

My mom came here for the Chicken Shawarma with the fam and said she just had to bring me! She didn’t disappoint 😏 Really good and TOP-LOADED with chicken; little messy to eat (had to use a fork lol) but it was so good! Flavourful & juicy - loved all the toppings and even the hot sauce which was more flavour than spice (great because I’m not a big spicy person). Only complaint maybe was that the veg to meat ratio could be a BIT better (more even as I was eating top to bottom) but wasn’t even a thing because it was really good 😌 When we were ordering there was a woman waiting for the Chicken Shawarma Poutine and she said she gets it EVERY week so I’ll definitely have to come back for that 👌🏽 Ps. Lunch special comes with a pop and it was cheap - another plus!!

Cash only. Small portions, large prices, rude staff. Shawarma is very small for 7$, not alot of meat and the thin, tiny shredded lettuce adds an odd texture to the shawarma. 2/5 I think it's time to stop eating here..
